Maintenance needs major improvements. Caulking in bathroom looks like 4 yeast old finger painting.

Shower curtain holder torn out of wall with sheeting screws hanging out. Shower curtain only covers half the opening, middle half. Shower curtain would not stay at either end. Asked maintenance staff to look at it, did they would, no change.

Last resort I would stay again because of location h cost but only as a last resort.

3am - 6am car horn going off in parking lot directly below rooms almost every night & multiple times a night.

It was the first time I've ever encountered such excellent customer service! The room was quiet and clean. I felt safe. Everyone was friendly, kind, and accommodating. My stay was exceptional and I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank u!

Great place for long stays, especially if you want to cook your own food while traveling. They have full sized fridges and good cooking space with counter tops. Rooms are clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Also great location very close to shopping, dinning and entertainment. Also pet friendly 🐱

Staff is excellent they go above and beyond to make ur stay as comfortable as possible whether it's for business trip or just to relax. The rooms are very well kept up cleanliness wise and even for making sure everything is in working order. There's some things that can be updated but nothing that serious. My bed was comfortable and nicely made and my bathroom was nice and clean as well. The check in was a breeze. June and Tyler are superb staff friendly always smiling. The manager Mariana runs a great hotel and her team is excellent including the house keeper I had was Julie and she was super nice and friendly and did an amazing job!

I know I’m not the target demographic as I was here for just a night and not a long stay, but this was a tough one even for an extended stay. I called asking about a specific amenity in the room, smart tv with casting capabilities, before I reserved and the front desk assured me they had them. Get in, and the tv barely even works and does not have casting capabilities. Annoying but, neither do the rest of the hotels I called in town. Room looks like it hasn’t been maintained in years, bed horribly uncomfortable with pillows that felt rough? Neighbors upstairs who sounded like they were playing football at midnight. No shampoo in the bathroom. I regret not just walking out and asking for a refund, but I never saw anyone at the front desk after my check-in to even have that conversation. For just a few bucks more you can do so much better in the area, even for a long stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location with the cleanest rooms around . The staff is kind and prompt and always ready to help. Mariana ,June, Tyler annd Michael are great !Always very helpful and make checking in a breeze! Stay here !

It was so fun, my family past so good. That spot make me feel like “i wanna go again”. For me it was a place where you can do various activities and better with your family. thanks for the staaayy!!! imma go again this year with my friends or maybe alone.

Spent a wonderful couple days, everything was clean and comfortable. We chose to cook in the room and everything worked well, we brought our own dishes but I did notice they also have the option of renting cookware and plates/utensils
