I've been staying here approximately 4 months because I'm in between housing. To cut to the chase, I don't recommend anyone spend their money here. They allow just anyone to stay here & as a result you get the ratchet, most inconsiderate neighbors. The people that just moved in above us and next door are ridiculously noisy. It was peaceful before with the previous neighbors that moved out. Now all we hear throughout the day is the new people upstairs sprinting through their tiny room & jumping around like they're having a damn WWE tornado tag team match. The ones next door sound like their chairs & hands are hitting the wall. Front desk is no help & tries to gaslight, we complained to them on 2 separate occasions & they replied saying they would do something about it but didn't, then later said it was construction & "bearded men", though we were never notified of any construction work & I think I'm smart enough to know the difference between people running around/roughhousing vs drilling & hammering. The noise goes on daily from about 6AM to midnight, or later. Which breaks the noise ordinance code. The front desk is routinely left unmanned throughout the day, every day. You have to pay a phone fee to call them from your room just to get them to man the front desk. It's a hot mess with none of the rules enforced, not to mention the building smells like unwashed ass & smoke, which breaks their rules too. & they don't plan to do anything about any of it. Unprofessional. Not recommended. Avoid these type of places.

The room and hotel were clean. Booking, checking in, and checking out were easy and convenient. Great location within walking distance of Oak Mountain Amphitheater. Staff was friendly. Excellent price.

My only complaints were the bed being uncomfortable, the elevator looking old and rundown, and the strong smell of cigarettes in our room. We had to wash our clothes as soon as we got home due to the lingering smell.

We will likely stay here again the next time we are going to a show at Oak Mountain.

Would give this motel negative stars if possible. I was in town on business for 10 weeks and when I got in my room there was grease from the kitchenette all over the back wall and ceiling. Floors you have to wear crocs to walk on because when/if they do housekeeping ( I was skipped multiple times until complaining) there is no vacuuming just a sticky roller. Bed sucked you could feel every spring in it. I had a female literally stalking me to the point she got in my face at the local Walmart. They have multiple permanent "residents" including the staff. I had to get Pelham PD involved when their washing machine locked my clothes in and was told id be charged with destruction of property if I retrieved my own laundry. Icing on the cake was my last couple days there they had notified everyone they were having the roof replaced and not to park in construction areas that were marked off. I parked in an unmarked spot. When I went to lunch I had an extremely adhesive "Notice to tow" sticker on my truck window that if I didnt move my truck it would be towed in 3 hrs. F this place.

The staff here is phenomenal! They are always willing to help at all hours of the day and night! The hotel is always clean and the rooms are pet friendly and baby friendly! Spacious rooms with a great pet area! I recommend this extended whether your here for a long stay or a short stay. Many restaurants and retail within walking distance and very close to oak mountain state park. Love the safe family atmosphere.

This was a pretty decent stay for a temporary situation.. if you are specific and keep in mind that this is a temporary stay then it’s good. They have everything you need and also the staff is good. No problems. Environment is quite also..

For more than a year our family has been satisfied with the hospitality and customer service received. The property inside and outside is clean and the staff have been nothing more than exceptional in their roles. Whether there is a request made, recommendations needed or a brief conversation the front desk staff have been more than accommodating without hesitation. Ms. Angi, Ms. Jazmine, Ms. Peejay and Ms. Markita are a great staff and are always courteous and friendly. Ms. Angi has been more than helpful, professional and attentive. Witnessing her kind, courteous and professional practice simply demonstrates her willingness to not only manage well but meet the needs and expectations of all guests here
