I’ve stayed at multiple different American extended stays and when I say this one is the worst I’ve ever been to I mean it. Worst customer service ever. There were used towels and trash still in my room when I first got there. Room smelled like trash and weed. They charge extra for toilet paper, towels, and dishes. When I asked for fresh towels I was told she wasn’t doing that right now then proceeded to be very disrespectful and rude then tried to kick me out because I asked to speak to the manager about her actions. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Positive: Water pressure and the kitchenette. Negative: I did not like having to wait an hour and a half to check into the hotel. When I called the hotline, I dealt with someone that was not very warm to me but I had two other people who were very helpful as much as they could be.

The breakfast is a joke.
Ran out of coffee and said that they have no access to hot water so they could make any more this was two hours before the breakfast was supposed to end. The Nutri-Grain bars were stale. The muffins were stale.
Once they run out, no matter what time it is for breakfast, they will not restock it.
If you don’t get towels at a certain time, they’re out.
First day there they didn’t have enough sheets. Some of the staff is not friendly. I ended up washing my own towels. The staff was washing towels in the guest, laundry room, instead of their laundry room.. Stains all in the carpet. They need to do something to the doors because when people let them close, they slam which makes it pretty noisy.
Microwave had rust all in it on the inside look like someone scraped the whole underneath the plate of the microwave. The refrigerator was OK. The tub was a very, very slow drain by the time you finish the shower the tub was Half full of water, and when I told the staff they said OK and never did anything about it.

The place was in a quiet,
safe and clean environment, but they had no amenities not even coffee. The front desk clerk was quite friendly and professional, but other than that 3 star.

While booking a room for a family Visit, this came up as an option, I generally don’t fall for huge savings but the pictures looked really nice. Needless to say this place was. Nothing like the pictures. If you don’t mind Roaches and dated smelly rooms or just can’t afford better this is your place, good luck with parking as there are broken down cars in the lot. Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures, you get what you pay for.

The staff is the key , they are kind attentive they are lead from the top down which creates an infectious working atmosphere. The are maintained at a high standard. The company is rebuilding. Please overlook any inconveniences and take any complaints to the front desk. They will help you with anything that you may ask. Within reason. I do recommend that if you are going to be here for a while, give them a chance and they will prove themselves.
