If your traveling for business or leisure or just need to get away for the weekend I highly recommend this hotel. The staff (Christian) is super friendly and attentive to guests. I felt welcome and my needs were met immediately, which made me feel important. Any and every time I need to get a room this hotel will be my first choice each and every time . I consider this hotel my home away from home . I highly recommend.

The manager Christian is really awesome. He’s understanding he works with you. Totally as long as you keep the communication open with him. It’s great so I recommend anybody to come stay. My experience has haven’t been bad on top of they do except at the most and it’s not too much of a price each month for the animals but I recommend

The stay was interesting. The alarm went off multiple times. The room was decent, but the kitchenette stove that they provide can't be used unless you want to buy their kitchen kit for $30.

The young woman at the front desk was awesome. She displayed amazing customer service skills when the key wasn't working when I arrived a little before midnight. She quickly moved me to a different room, but the key still wouldn't work with the new room. She remained calm and just very kind. She let me into my new room and assured me they would fix it in the morning. Each time I saw her, she was very friendly.

The disappointment came when I asked a man at the front desk about the washer because it didn't work at first. He stated that because the washer was there by a third party, he didn't know why it wasn't working. He didn't try to call anyone and didn't even walk with me to the washer to see if he could figure out what the issue was, so I observed no customer service skills with him. Instead, he told me in a rude tone that he didn't know because it was there by a third party company. I even asked if he could call his supervisor. He told me there was only one person above him and repeated himself about the third party. I then reminded him that even if it was there by a third party, he should know something about them because they're in his hotel and I walked away to go figure it out myself. I finally got it working. All I had to do was slide my card in the opposite direction. He could have helped with that, I would have expressed my appreciation, and it would have been a great interaction, but instead, he chose to be so rude and completely unhelpful.

Last Saturday morning, I had asked the woman at the front desk if there would be a refund if I checked out one day early since I no longer needed it. She assured me that it would be refunded to the card and the manager was just behind her as she told me this. However, the following day, Sunday, one, there was no hot water. I then had to leave before the front desk opened and I called to tell Christian, the manager that I had checked out and left the keys in the room. He said that was fine, but when I double checked and asked to ensure the card was refunded, he told me there was a charge of $43 for the day I didn't stay. That was not okay with me because it was my brother's card and I now owe him that $43! I calmly told him that I had specifically asked the woman at the front desk the day before and she assured me that the card would be refunded for the one day I no longer needed. Christian refused to listen and instead, became angry yelling at me claiming he wasn't going to argue over policy. He then hung up on me.

I have never been treated so rudely by hotel staff and I have stayed in many hotels. I could not believe Christian didn't even apologize for his employee's misinformation. I will not be returning to this hotel and I am cautioning anyone reading this to beware of these two men who are the MANAGERS. They should be demoted and required to receive customer service skills training and Christian needs anger management classes.

It is essentially your own studio apartment, and it's basic. You have a stove and full-size frig - ours did not have an oven but I cannot speak for all. You do your own sheets and towels or pay extra. Bring your own cookware and dishes etc or you can pay them to supply them. But the room was clean. There is a nice TV, a table, chairs, bed, full bath. There are 4 floors and an elevator. They do have a cart if you need it.
Check-in was easy. All adults need to show ID. They allow pets for a fee, but service animals including registered ESA do not incur that fee.
If you are going to be a long-term resident I suggest you get a cheap shelving unit for the kitchen as there is not a lot of shelf space. Plenty of room to hang clothes.
If you are looking for something for more than a week, you can't beat the price. There are restaurants and fast food joints within a mile or 2. Same goes for shopping so it is very convenient.

I can't say enough what a great place this is, we landed here after a devastating house fire. we were still in shock and just going through the motions. Chris the manager was great and helped us get settled. We have stayed here ever since, the location is perfect, the staff is extremely friendly and efficient. I never thought I would be living in a hotel for months, but this has been perfect for us.

Called the desk yesterday, manager answered. He was rude, dismissive, accused me of being untruthful, blatantly disrespectful. No customer of Stay America deserves such blatant disrespect. I wanted to pay for two or three days to close out February. I was going to pay for those days yesterday. I am paid thur the 26th at 11:00. I intend start a new monthly payment plan on the 28th. He started telling me I would have late fees. I couldn't keep accumulaing late fees, he didn't have to extend my reservation. That if I knew when my money was coming in, I should pay a little more each week. I have always paid timely, never been late. When I asked why he was telling me about late fees, he responded that I told him I wouldn't have any money until the 28th. I told him I didn't say that. I said if he would give me a little respect and listen . He cut me off. Told me it had nothing to do with respect, he knew what I said and I was just trying to turn it around now. He then said this conversation is over and hung up. No customer of Stay America should experience such blatant disrespect. I will still pay the two days before 2/26 before 11:00, but don't want any interaction with him. G. D.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If you like cleanliness DO NOT even bother. This place is so filthy and smells bad. Floors are filthy, couldn’t even take shoes off. Sheets didn’t even look clean. We had 2 nights booked and cancelled the 2nd night to go elsewhere. Will never ever go there again! Not only the rooms are filthy but the halls, elevator are filthy as well. They need to hire a cleaning crew.

I have to say, because of the way the rates are with trying to find somewhere to live I couldn't have found a more affordable place. Everything I need here is provided. The staff is friendly and always on call. They really work with you. The food and places to shop are close, so is public transportation. I have made it my own.
