When we entered the room, we noticed stained counters in the bathroom and found shed hairs of all hair colors in various parts of the room, such as on the towel hook behind the door, on the floors and under the vanity in the bathroom. Additionally, a living roach was found inside the bath tub at 5 in the morning. We stayed maybe a total of 4 to 5 hours before we saw the roach. Due to the roach, we promptly checked out of our room earlier than anticipated. I would like to speak with the manager in regard to the cleanliness of our space during our time in the room.

Despite the above, we received wonderful customer service from the lady working at the front desk during our stay. She was extremely kind and very helpful. Although I don’t remember her name, I wanted to highlight how wonderful she was. She was the ONLY pleasant part of our stay.

But I would not recommend staying here. This hotel is not clean and no one wants to stay at a hotel with roaches. I’ve reached out to the Manager shortly after my stay and still have not received a response.

They say kitchen equipped with cookware! I do not see it. I do not see even simple glasses and teapot. Room had specific old food smell, dust on the refrigerator. Overall room look clean, but smell is killing me. AC is not possible to turn off!!!! Even if it says it off, the unit is still working and very noisy! Also I was looking for the hotel with breakfast, they say they have a breakfast! But it’s a joke! Only oatmeal and coffee, and guess what? They don’t have bowls for the oatmeal!!! Never come back here! Do not recommend! I was in California in this network and they were fine, but not here near Savannah, GA!

Clean, decent hotel near the outlets. Room iş wide enough. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is not what we are used to. You have to prepare it yourself. The food is all ready. Boiled eggs, ready meals, coffee, tea, cake are available. The hotel also offers a laundry room for an optional fee. The breakfast is very weak. But there are restaurants nearby, which you can reach on foot in 5 minutes. Outlet is also very close.

I had a very welcoming check in. The room seemed clean upon arrival, but unfortunately I found roaches. I saw three during my one night stay, and they were German roaches. If you know anything about this breed, if there’s one there are hundreds more. I told the front desk at check out, and she joked that I “should have killed it.” Will not be returning.

This place is in a good spot, but when we arrived at our room, the room had a horrible smell, as if they hadn't cleaned the filters in the place or the AC unit. There was hair in the shower as if they didn't clean it and old stains on the sheets. Overall, I felt nasty laying my head here and will never stay here again.

I've been staying here for two months for a business trip, but I paid an additional fee because I had a dog.
But on weekdays, the dog was in the room, so they didn't clean it.
So I'm asking them to clean up my room on the weekend every week, but the staff doesn't clean it, saying it's not on the list or missed it. I've only been cleaned three times in two months.
Do they just write down the customer request on the note and did not check?
Also, breakfast has yogurt, eggs, and some snacks, but when I go down at 7:30, I can hardly eat it because they did prepare enough egg, yogurt to serve customer.

Me and boyfriend stayed here for a weekend and got locked out of both rooms which were also handicap rooms that we didn’t request for, we were also told we would get compensated half of our money back and never got it. We called back for it and they told us we weren’t getting it. Will be calling corporate.

Room was very clean and ready to stay. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels.when you walk in the room you know instantly it was cleaned well. had a good amount of coffee. The lobby had creamer and snacks.The staff was friendly and very helpful.you couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
