Our stay here was short but it was great! The room was clean and comfortable, offering basic amenities that made our stay relaxing. The facilities were well-maintained and suited our needs.
One standout during my stay was Angelina, who was incredibly helpful at the front desk. She greeted us with a warm smile and was quick to assist with any questions I had about the hotel and local area. Her friendly demeanor made a big difference in making us feel welcome.
Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

It was a clean hotel. They have a Friendly staff. Hilary at front desk was exceptional on multiple visit to the front desk as well as check in and check out. She gave great advice on how to find local restaurants. Always had a big smile. ||I would love to see hotel put a few more toiletries in room. Love to have some weight in the fitness room. Overall great stay. Thanks

A little difficulty figuring out the stove but overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was nice. The staff were generally friendly. Angelina was very helpful. She walked with me to my room because after a couple of times replacing the key it still wouldn’t work so she sorted out the stovetop and key issues that I was having. I came in late and tired of traveling so getting in my room with ease meant a lot to me. The location is nice too.

Stopped here for a night while on a little road trip. Rooms were clean. We had a late check in and were back on the road in the morning. If you’re up early enough, there’s a small select of snacks next to the lobby.

We are having to stay here after an unfortunate injury that my fiancé had & has to be in a wheelchair for a few months & we live up stairs so needed a wheelchair accessible place to stay for awhile. We are so glad that we choose here to stay the staff have been so nice , professional & accommodating . Kendra has been really great as well as the lady in the morning may be a manager & I just can’t remember her name , The rooms are cleaned weekly & Frida has been amazing . So far it has been a great experience especially in this trying time . The room has been perfect with roll in shower low counter tops @ microwave for someone in wheelchair with lower & upper injuries . Location. Is ideal with stores & restaurants & freeways near . Having friendly & accommodating staff is very important to us during this time & so far we are very pleased , Also safety was a priority & rhis place gives us that peace of mind

My husband fell ill while on vacation in Phoenix and was admitted to the hospital just down the street. I booked for a week not knowing how long he would be in the hospital based on the refund policy in the booking email that specified that any cancelations with more than 24 hours notice would be refunded. After three of the seven days he was cleared to travel and we headed home. However, the fine print (which is not in the booking email, and frankly was never provided to me) provides that the hotel only grants refund on a discretionary basis; I requested a refund for the nights we were not going to use, but they denied it. While that's within their discretion, just a heads-up not to book for any longer than you need to, because there is likely to be no flexibility there (and at $140 a night, that's a mistake that stings).

Beyond that, when I arrived at the room there were no hangers, a broken TV remote (which the maintenance staff questioned whether I had, within the 10 minutes I was in the room, broken it myself), and an outlet in the bathroom with no power which took a couple of days to fix. You need to request the pots and dishes from the front desk, and while the placard says they'll deliver those to you room...they won't, you'll need to cart them upstairs yourself.

Kendra and all the staff are professional and accommodating. Property is centrally located and freeways are easily accessible as well as being located near plenty of dining options. Rooms are cleaned weekly by a staff that pays attention to details and crisp clean linens
