Caulking around the bathtub/ shower was molding badly. Caulking in the entire room / kitchen/ bathroom sink area was disintegrating and nasty. Which is such an easy thing to fix. Their “10 step “ cleaning process is a joke. There’s construction that’s been going on for over a year and they wake you up right at 6 AM sharp. The bathtub is peeling and has gross residue built up on all surfaces. Room has a full kitchen but no kitchenware. No bowls. No cups.No plastic ware. Nothing. Maybe half the outlets worked. Pull out bed didn’t have a mat or mattress. Just the metal frame. No extra blankets Front desk check in was nice and easy to work with. That was the only positive. Neighbors were quiet at night but don’t expect a good night sleep in the beds. Also no air vent in the bathroom and the windows have a block in them so they cant be opened either. I’d only come here again on a desperate crunch. That construction really was the cherry on top.

I had a 5 weeks stay at this hotel. The staff were very courteous. In particular, Kathy at the front desk and Cameron, the manager or very helpful and accommodating to everything. We needed. The rooms are clean and the property was kept nice. We felt safe during our stay highly recommend. Definitely make you feel like family. Thanks again for everything the Extended Stay team did to make our experiences great.

This “hotel” is really a motel. Part of our horrible experience was how we booked (hotels.com, they will be getting a separate review) but the rest is fully on the establishment. We were not put in a room that we had reserved, the rooms were horrible. Thin walls, could hear someone upstairs fighting, the next door rooms dog, and you could hear every single time a door opened from the surrounding 5 rooms. The insulation was terrible, someone smoking right outside your non smoking room means that your room is actually a smoking room. Literal dog crap on the sidewalk. Forgot an item (kindle) when we checked out, and the maid found it. However, the hotel DID NOT call us to tell us they found it. And when we called to say we left it, the front desk staff had no idea what we were talking about and had to message staff at home to find it.

TL:DR. Don’t book this hotel. Go across the freeway where you can get a beautiful room for just a few $ more.

my experience here has been good it's gotten so much better with our new management it's being cleaned up and it feels more like a nice motel to stay at, I enjoy staying here better than motel 6 by far I will never rent there again. they have made me feel like I'm home here at Extended Stay America then people that work here now are pleasant and willing to go out of their way to help you its an old bldg built within big beautiful trees and I have enjoyed my stay. thank you ESA.

I've stayed at this location many times. It's awful that out of all the things I've let slide, mainly with coming to the office and waiting anywhere from 5 mins or sometimes they don't ever show. So you basically just give in to the office staff at this location taking their sweet time. The problem this time is the CO worker traveling with me was verbally insulted when the attendant who left her standing in the office for 10 or 15 mins then decided to come from the back, start banging the back in 5 mins sign on the help desk and smugly saying.. "You see this, see.. it's why this is here "! So naturally she reacts, you could smell marijuana coming from her. This interaction was bad from both sides. My CO worker shouldn't have reacted like she did but in her defense, no one wants to stand in the office 10 mins waiting for employees who are playing in the back. I left with another guy the last visit at this location because no one ever did come out! What really pissed me off was some guy called my room at 11:30pm.. ALMOST MIDNIGHT to tell me that my girl friend was so rude to the desk employee that we wasn't allowed to rebook another night. Look, if extended stay wants to pay employees to play Tetris on their phones and smoke weed then that's on them but teach these people about common courtesy! Like people getting up at 4:30am doesn't need woke up because he's mad that his lover felt like she got disrespected by a guest. This guy says he's the manager, that as he put it " My Girlfriend " who isn't, she's a CO worker and that she had been so rude to the front desk. That she threw a room key card at the employee and we didn't need to rebook! For 1, i wasn't going to stay another night, and 2.. IT WAS MIDNIGHT FOR CHRIST SAKE!!! I've spent a lot of money staying at extended stay, only to be woke up and disrespected in the middle of the night! Incredible. I think I'll take a break from extended stay.. I'll also inform my company what happened and see about changing where our 100 plus employees stay when working abroad. I wouldn't want one of my CO workers insulted like this.

Our Room was clean, beds are comfy, large bathroom was a plus, perfect for a weekend stay. Love the half kitchen was able to cook instead of going out. Kathy at the front desk welcomed us as soon as we came in she was very professional and helpful! We will be back

The studio is exactly what I wanted for this transition that I’m in. I find the staff cooperative in fixing a few requests I have made, regarding issues with the studio, in a timely and professional manner. I can see they are working hard to improve their low rating on Google. I think they are doing their best and deserve a 5 Star rating.

I believe if I ask kindly, my requests will be addressed sooner.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, service is amazing, rooms are extremely clean, and the location is perfect. If you have a car you can easily get groceries, snacks, and a movie theater. I would definitely recommend stay here for your next trip. 10/10
