Hi, I've been staying here about 5 months and I am using a walker/wheelchair. When I first came here I was barely able to walk due to an accident I had recently gotten out of the hospital for and I had just lost my apartment. The staff all helped me any way they could. If I needed something in my room many times the manager (Nina) or assistant manager (Nick)would come help me no problems or attitudes. The front desk woman (P) for the morning shift is always so helpful grabbing whatever I needed and if she didn't have it she'd work on getting it together for me! The day shift front desk person (C) is always so kind and doesn't mind when I send her back and forth to get things I forgot to ask for, she is always smiling and bringing joy to the lobby and people around! The housekeepers are diligent and hard working women and man.they work hard to keep the place clean! The manager is very helpful and kind, the best problem solver, she's always on the look out for suspicious people around the hotel, she handles resident to resident conflict calmly and kindly bunt with seriousness. Even the residents are kind and considerate here more than other places I've been . I am very grateful I landed here and the staff helped to make it a very soft landing.

Great price and location, very walkable. The breakfast is just coffee and muffins/grain bars, and the walls are thin. Really friendly staff! I would stay again

Great location. Grocery, shopping center, convenience store and banks close-by, walking distance. Also trail for walking. There are parks around too.
Almost all of the staffs are friendly and accommodating. Few were less welcoming initially.
A queen suites was nice - comfortable bed, nice work space, full and convenient kitchen and you can get utensils from front desk.
Some suggestions- 1. use pump refillable shampoo, hand wash and bodywash. Its annoying to ask for those tiny shampoos bottles and soap bars every other day, also bad for environment with all plastic trashes. 2. I stayed here for 3.5 wks and didn’t get any room services for those time. They had an envelope for tips to housekeeper in the room day I entered. I would have left any tips had they cleaned my room anytime I stayed there. How can you ask for tips before providing service?

I asked for some bedding like sheets and blankets after a long day of work, but the night shift lady got an attitude. Told me its gonna be a while and couldn't tell me exact time. Kept saying awhile. Now im just sitting in the lobby at 11:36 pm can't even go to sleep. They expect you to pay full price but when it come to service, it is not as advertised.

IT IS QUIETER THAN LIVING ON COLD, HARD FLOORS.

I DO Wish that Back Hall window COULD BE opened for some fresh air flow round thru here.

They tell me 2 just 2 open my room windows?🤔I can only open one hand width and window is sealed tight.

Ahh, if the back hall window could be also opened, we could get some better 4 fresh outside air in here, rather than this claustrophobic stuffiness but what can U do, folks?
(Just sayin.)

These Hallways are stuffy & hot cause the back window is sealed up shut tight & AC unit is locked up, so we can't even turn it on & get some cool air moving around thru in here. Yikes . 🤔

PLEASE Get Some Fresh air moving thru here. IT is always better than STUFFY AIR.

Also, I asked about the bathroom vent fan that was not functional and was told they do not have one 4 this room?

(SERIOUSLY, FOLKS?)

I say, how can the toilet vent fan be aired out WHEN the vent IS turned off and not even functional?

Please repair. This IS A PROBLEM, so vent fan works.

How do I clear the bedroom of "doookey smell" after using toilet afterward?

HOW DOES IT DEHUMIDIFY THE ROOM DURING SHOWERING?

I've stayed at other "Extended Stays" and Their vents always works perfectly, so I DO KNOW THESE TYPES of THINGS *DO EXIST* AND FUNCTION IN HERE & AT THESE Particular named HOTELS and they *DO ALWAYS FUNCTION.

CAN WE PLEASE PUT IN A WORK ORDER FOR THIS AND HAVE IT REPAIRED ASAP?

NOBODY LIKES TO LIVE IN THEIR OWN FECAL SMELLS AND during after SHOWERING HUMIDITY.

JUST Opening these two windows (that only open about the height of my hand) so I cannot open these windows very much at all.

THATS WHY THE TOILET overhead FANS WERE origionally CREATED FOR All hotel toilets & BATHROOMS TO "AIR OUT" DURING SHOWERING AND USE OF THE TOILET.

I'm sure these Hotels don't want their hallways to smell bad, either.
This fan needs replacement & repairs, as it doesn't even turn on at all.

This is the first Extended Stay hotel I've stayed in that has NO TOILET FAN at all, so I know there is a mechanical problem here and the electrical fan needs replacing.

There's simply not enough air flow in this room, that's all.

It's an east facing room, so theres gonna be a hot summer in here (in this room) 4 sure. Just saying. No fan in here.

Yes, i DO turn on the A/C in here, and it so far seems to work; but( it's not summer yet, either)

This is a much more Sanitary Situation 4 the hundreds of Guests here, rather than being forced to re-breathe my own "bodily functions & necessarys" in the toilets.

This is why ive purchased & paid for this hotel room with my pension, rather than just living in a car or suv & making due with that by parking in the woods & camping.

I have serious medical needs 4 the toilet & IBS is NO JOKE and never is it funny to be forced to re-breathing feces smells in the room & covering fecal smells with room spray, matches & incence an opening room windows just doesn't provide me with enough room circulation in here.

I've never seen that vent in toilet room with any air flowing thru it at all, so is that vent only put up over there 4 "decoration"?

Best hotel in town. Everyone works here so nice and they are like family. They never let you down. I really appreciate you guys for everything. I fell like I’m at home. This place makes me so happy. I can stay here all my life.

This hotel, was the worst all the way around. Our room had big clumps of black hair wadded up all over the floor, a big clumps on one of the beds. Roaches! Yes, believe it, roaches! As well as meal maggots worms in the doorway of fridge. The staff was horrid. More interested in chatting in another room with one of her friends. When they weren't in the room they were sitting in the lobby talking loud, at midnight. Acting as if I was a bother. No one seemed surprised when I told them about the roaches. I took pictures of the disgust. Very traumatizing. After checking our as fast as we checked in and demanding a refund, we were forced to stay the night in our vehicles. $336.00 we paid for absolute filth. And slept in our rigs. I'll tell anyone and everyone about this traumatizing experience. Horrid

Positive: Close to home, amazing & friendly staff, kitchen in the room, close to stores, restaurants & more. Negative: No workout room, walls super thin (neighbors alarm sounded like it was in my room) bed frame a lil lose & made lots of noise whenever I barley moved.
