I ended up here after my first choice through booking.com was cancelled due to overbooking. I would not stay here again. I would rather camp. The toilet seat was dirty, yellow spots. There were no dishes, easily remedied with a trip to the front desk. The side entrance would not work with the key card. It was propped open with a rock. The hotel allows pets. I'm not allergic to animals but some maybe, worth noting. The breakfast is cups of coffee and packaged muffins served off a wooden cabinet next to the check in desk. It's not a breakfast, it's a cup of coffee and a muffin. The gentleman checking me in was great. The other staff were not attentive. I waited at the desk for several minutes when trying to get the silverware. Again when I asked for another blanket, which they didn't have.
The location is great, close to the freeway, grocery store and plenty of dining choices nearby. Do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel. I have no idea how it's ranked so high.

I love it and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends A lot of parking so you don’t need to scramble to try to find a spot. There’s also a nice big wash in the back that you can go for a walk on if you have a pet it really helps out.!!!! Plus the staff is amazing!!! And they have a decent free breakfast!!!! It’s not a full breakfast but it’s definitely a good one oatmeal, coffee, tea, Nutri-Grain bars, and muffins ….and that’s more than enough for me!!!!

Terrible noise from industry next door. Noisy old fridge that opened the wrong way and microwave that sounded like a rock tumbler kitchen table no chair. No counter in the bathroom at all. Tiny muffin and coffee breakfast that shuts down at 9:30 am. Terrible stay for top dollar. At least it was clean.

Great location and room was fine but property looks like it's failing apart. Bed was like sleeping on concrete we left after a few hours and drove home. Won't start here again unless they fix everything up and get new beds

Do not stay here! The room smells bad, there are a group of people/employees always hanging around smoking and carrying on, morning, noon and night. Sleep at an hour at a time! No dishes, empty cabinets, loud yelling and partying in the lobby and out back in the parking lot. I stayed 8 days and I was very miserable. Couldn't wait to leave. Dirty room, hair everywhere. Advertised free breakfast is a true stretch. 1 thermos of coffee and some packaged muffins (while they last) I stayed at the Residence Inn prior and that is the place to stay. Avoid this hotel.

The double queen room size is great. Service from all staff I have come in contact with has also been great. They are very friendly, helpful, and respectful. The location of the Peoria Az. Extended Stay America is the best. It is in walking distance of many food facilities and a large Mall.
