The room was clean and well maintained. However, at check-in, we were informed that the breakfast was no longer available. Add to that the facility was recently downgraded from Premium to Select. This means that, while you have a stove and full-sized refrigerator/freezer, plus a microwave, you had no utensils to cook with or eat with.

No dish towels, only 2 towels at all, no paper towels, no drainboard, no dishes. But you could purchase a $40 set of cookware, and a $30 set of dishes. Wow.

Other amenities were missing, such as an outlet to charge your cell phone on each side of the bed. They did have a nice dresser, and plenty of cabinets for the dishes you don't have.

Seriously, I would not recommend this facility for an extended stay at all.

Less than what I expected. Kitchenette had no utensils, pots/pans, coffee pot, plates, glassware. Furniture looked second hand, worn. No second nightstand. Fridge was new and clean. AC worked ok. Steady leak in tub faucet.

We have been currently staying at this location after moving from Florida. The rooms, parking lot and premises are very clean and the front desk ladies are beyond amazing. Always greeting you when you walk in the door no matter how many times you come in and out. They are very helpful and have a smile on their faces. It's not all about business and $ here they actually ask and care about you and how your day was. I'm glad we chose this place and location. It also helps that it's so close to stores and restaurants.

Unclean, unsafe, dated hotel. The rooms are filthy and smell of mold. Plus, several eviction notices on long-term stay residents’ doors.
Complimentary breakfast consists of bad coffee and granola bars.

The rooms are great, the location is awesome, but the best part about our stay so far has been Rebecca at the front desk! We were having a hard time checking in and she was so professional, patient, and respectful. She made the transition from an apartment to a hotel so much smoother and we appreciate her so much for that! The other workers and even the guests have all been so kind and helpful. Just an overall great experience!

Just No, if you want a hotel room with a kitchen to make it smaller, it’s a win. There is NO breakfast, it’s coffee and hard boiled eggs. There was no coffee so I asked to make more, ran an errand came back at 9:40 and the entire area was empty and cleaned up. There are no hooks to hang anything in bathroom, there are no luggage racks, you have to keep luggage on the bed. The mattress seems like old spring model. Honestly, it’s awful. It’s not meant for white collar workers where you can work comfortably , I see many leaving on a bus so it’s temporary housing. We just didn’t ask enough questions, the no pool or spa should have been a clue

Rooms definitely need upgrade. Carpets are bad and some appliances need work. Always seem to go through staff especially management. Non of the management is on same page or trained right. Many are rude and inconsiderate of long term residents. The only shinning star of this place is the afternoon desk girl. Alyssa is one of the sweetest, kindest people I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to help all residents out. I have seen her her carry groceries, help with cleaning, and she is the only desk person to always welcome people home and smile. This girl is the main reason so many have stayed despite other staff. Alyssa is what this company and all others should strive to have instilled in all.

There was a lot of businesses in the area walking distance. I had to move two times and they moved my personal belongings with out my say.

Alyissa was awesome and was full energy and just made the stay more welcoming despite the circumstances that occured.
