Okay. First of all.

One- A 3 day minimum stay and you can’t get a bigger room without management… Okay. Stuiped.

2: The numbers on the 2nd floor. Look like they were labeled by a RNG

3: Wall damage. No one would want to be in a room with un kept rooms.

4: The bathroom door doesn’t FREAKING LOCK.

5: The kitchen tap. Has what looks to be either:
A: Mold
B: Green paint
C: Bacteria big enough it’s visible to the naked eye

6: The “recliner” chair in the room couldn’t move out, and was practically BOLTED into the floor and together, so you can’t even recline.
Do not stay here.

Last time I was here, the room smelled like animal waste, but, it was subfreezing temperatures outside so I ensured. I tried them again because I was familiar with the hotel and don't wanted a cash deposit. The first room hasn't had any maintenance, dirty, and lived in. I went to the office, they gave me another room. The door was opened with little working lights, busted screen on the window(hoping they wouldn't blame me for that), so I went back to the office to be told that if have to get with them in the morning and it could be handled then. This morning I'm told that's all they can do because of availability. Yet, my money was taken. Customer service is in the trash.

I guess for the price this is acceptable but it's got a lot of debauchery and drug culture. If you are looking fir the cheapest place to go to hole up and get high, this is for you. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay with your kids I'd recommend looking at other options.
It's not a horrible hotel but because of the location and price you will have to deal with other guests that might not suit your taste

Since when did a hotel require a minimum of "days" to be booked. It did not say anything on the site about this. That is total BS and I think that lady just said it to be discriminating and the company I used to book this hotel is non-refundable. So, I'm out on what I paid for. Total BS. Stay somewhere else. This property owes me 65 bucks and an apology.

Room smelled like pee. So much so, my stomach felt upset since stepping into room. Water drains super slow in tub. Dripping sound at night. Never again will I stay here. Carpet smells ! Looks tidy but it is not clean if it smells this bad. I had to smell my tshirt to distract me from this stinky smell all around the room.

They are more concerned with the homeless and tweakers outside then cleaning the room or accommodating you. Room still had shoes (which were my size tee hee) food from 3 different restaurants, wax in the tub... This place is a far cry compared to the Ramada.

Okay I would just like to say that I have been staying at this extended hotel for a little over 2 years now me and my mother and my stepfather. Now, as with any hotel it has its positives and negatives but in all honesty things seem to have improved in areas I didn't even know they were struggling in The staff is absolutely wonderful especially Lolita THE OVERNIGHT WORKER SHE SEEMS TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US TENANTS AND ANYTHING THAT WE REQUIRE IF IT IS AVAILABLE. I also want to mention the new store manager Veronica because she is absolutely amazing and deserves the position because she is always working her ass off. You guys will love it and the employees.

Decent place to stay. The rooms are not extremely huge, they're more like a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
The bathrooms are good sized. Sink is located in the bathroom. Tub/shower, toilet, countertop space and large mirror. And even with two people taking ridiculously long showers one after the other there was always hot water available.
The kitchenette doesn't have an oven. There are 2 range tops for cooking, a full sized fridge/freezer, sink, and few cupboards/cabinets & one drawer. It is arranged in such an awkward to use way but the layout of the room doesn't really offer other options for where things go.
The main room space has a queen size bed on a platform that leaves the underneath open for storage. A small open front closet that's pretty standard to hotels. A desk with chair and single nightstand. Tv sits on a short dresser with 4 drawers.
It will feel like some corners were cut when the rooms were decorated. Its not bad, just sorta minimalist.

The staff is cool and helpful. There's also a simple breakfast in the mornings (coffee, tea, hot cocoa, oatmeal, muffins, granola bars). Nothing extravagant but nice, quick, and easy when on the go.

Be careful about the length of your stay. And if you check out early there might be a rare recalculation leaving you with a tab at the end, even if you were paid up to the day you leave
