Good pricing, nice rooms, terrible customer service and management.

I paid for two weeks in advance on the first day I had a family of kids who seemed to not have any sort of discipline I know this, due to the 6 hour long constant pounding and jumping around so much my cabinets and windows would shake. I spoke with the front office and just politely asked if she could let them know that the constant jumping is keep me and my wife up witch she is 6 months pregnant. Only to be told I just have to deal with it because they are just kids and there is nothing that can be done

Rhonda was the worst person I have ever dealt with she was very disrespectful to my friend at check in and she doesn’t have any customer service skill she threatened to kick me out before I could even get to my room to check in. Not to mention I got up to my room and our key wasn’t even properly activated. She needs to be fired immediately and I will do everything to deter people from coming to this place.thank you so much for reading

Me and my mother has been here for about a month and everyone from management to housekeeping has been very friendly and helpful. Our rooms are very clean, they take the time to clean the halls. Apnd the place smells nice. We are enjoying our stay.

I am only leaving this review because "most" of the staff deserve to be recognized and appreciated. Other attitudes need to be worked on. I was actually happy and comfortable there, until a couple people made it impossible.

Corporate NEEDS to actually LISTEN to the guest, staff and ex staff. They may. Learn a thing or two that they never see. Yes, I am talking about corporate above Human resources. If they would actually do that they would see a MAJOR DIFFERENCE in a positive way.

Room was always hot never got cold we had the air on 60 and it still was hot all night the microwave don’t work and i saw roaches in the room the service was good , my sister had slept in the bed and the sheets was so dirty she woke up with a bite mark like she got bit from a bedbug and her whole face was red she had an reaction to it !! That’s crazy for 76 an night

Booked a 2 queen bed room for a little staycation with the family, ended up in a 1 queen bed with a pull out couch that was completely stained and no sheets available the three times we checked, a wallet was found in the drawer and a used rag was found under the bed, there was no internet or tv for the whole 2 days, my kids and I both got bug bites from here on the 2nd night and all we got was a partial refund. Would not recommend this location - They did have a great AC system and water pressure

I live at this hotel with my husband, Johnny.
I want to give a huge shout out to an employee named Rayne, he is the nicest guy, he goes above and beyond his duties to help you. He is always working hard to keep this place clean, he sweeps, mops, takes out trash, he Vacuums the halls.
Also I feel the same about Corbin and Sharon.

Do not stay here. I was in room 121 with small children under 3. The room had roaches so I spoke with the manager who gave a partial refund. Not even 5 min. Later we discover BED BUGS!!!! Those are impossible to get rid of. We immediately packed up and left the manager then refunded the whole amount. I plan on calling the health department. I have photos of the bugs however I cannot upload. Don't believe me check the frames and beds.

The reply is the same one that the hotel gave another guest over a year ago. There is still nothing being done. The hotel should be shut down
