this day is always awesome here at Extended Stay I wouldn't recommend any other hotel in this area other than the extended stay there on top of their cleanliness as well as their maintenance and they are also extremely considerate and professional they go out of their way to help you in any way possible if need be I myself have seen other people come in to check in and ask if they could be told we're a good restaurant is or what's the place best place to go for a drink and I have seen them go out of their way and not only handing out menus but also giving names and phone numbers of places that they recommend they try to make your stay more than comfortable and it shows in every way it's a little tucked away up on top of the hill behind 390 flats but it also has an excellent view very pretty and not too far tucked away where you can't reach everything it's just enough for now with my situation I call it my home very proudly

I spend a lot of time in hotels. Generally travel 40 out of the 52 weeks each year, and stay in all kinds of places. Extended Stay America is one of my go-to places, and this one has not let me down. It is very quiet, the beds comfortable bathroom is clean. All around good value. 👍

I have had great experiences at other Extended Stay properties throughout my travels but I was very disappointed with my experience in Meriden, CT.

When I arrived to check-in I was informed that the system was down and the Wi-Fi would not work until I was actually checked in. As a busy professional I rely on the internet for my business, but ok I can move around some things and make it work.

I got up to my room and awaited a call for the system to come back online and the room was very dated and the shower curtain was barely hanging on by a thread. There were big dents on the refrigerator and the air conditioning as was on (in the middle of November). The desk chair was also extremely small and uncomfortable.

I decided to leave and stay at another property where I am currently writing this review after finishing some last minute work.

Last time I stay it was a broken tv that was leaning and wobbly and also the water wasn’t hot /
At all I promise u. and previously that when I stay the water got shut off twice also during a shower without any warning was a little bit much of an inconvenience!

Extended Stay isn't anywhere close to a fancy hotel, but the location is convenient & it's relatively cheap to stay here. The staff are very friendly & there's plenty of parking on-site. The room had a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge/freezer, stove top, & microwave. There are no dishes or silverware in the room, so you have to go to the front desk to request them. Our room wasn't very clean. The kitchenette counter was sticky & some of our towels had hair wrapped up in them. The grab & go breakfast isn't anything special, but it's free. They offer coffee, tea, oatmeal, packaged muffins, & granola bars.

I had two night reservation during the weekend I showed up 2:00 clock in the morning. The lobby was closed. I had to use the phone to call the receptionist. she said I can check you in before 11 o’clock only and she was sleeping. She told me my system is down and she told me come back 2:30 AM . It was 32 degrees out side , I had to call 911 and two officers they showed up and they forced her to let me in and after the officers left she checked me in two seconds later. what a scam lair stay away

Positive: The room was affordable and price was right Negative: The hotel employee was very disrespectful to my pregnant fianc and as I was out getting funds to stay another night told my fiance that she must get out of the room now and vacate the premises when she was only asking to wait in lobby for me.

Have you ever had to clean your own hotel room before? When we checked in the room smelled of a strong chemical substance. Strong enough to trigger a migraine. I had to go to the store and buy my own cleaning supplies, and scrub the walls, surface areas, and bathroom. We complained at the front desk but we were only offered a room with separate beds. My fiancee deserved better. Don't be fooled by their complementary breakfast either. Those prepackaged dry muffins weren't worth .10 cents. Run.....
