I’m from Atlanta Georgia. I’m here to work. I love my room . It’s spacious, quiet and cozy. The Deluxe Queen room has a breakfast bar, a stove a full size fridge and a microwave. It also has a queen sleep sofa which makes it easy for me to get off and kick my feet up and wine down a bit before I get ready for the night. Ms. Judy at the front desk has made my stay enjoyable and peaceful with all the great accommodations and amazing customers care she provided s. I really do appreciate her so much. I recommend the extended stay to travelers who is traveling to the Birmingham area.

Had stayed a few times and Judy was the best at that front desk. She's offer a lunch all the time to me and I'll accept it. She always offers to rub my feet when I get off work I love that woman she's the best if you stay over a week she will hook ya up

I have been going through a very ruff time due to the passing of my husband and now find out out about a tumor. Judy has been a light very welcoming and has done everything to help me get through this time. My kids love to see her coming! I’m very grateful to have someone actually care and do all they can to see others happy.

This Extended Stay America location provides a peaceful and comfortable stay. I found the rooms to be basic but functional, with the added convenience of kitchenettes in every room. I slept very well during my stay, which is always a plus.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. While there are no elevators, the building is only three stories tall, and parking is accessible on the first and second floors.

Overall, this hotel offers a good value for the price. It's a solid choice for travelers who prioritize a quiet and comfortable stay.

The rooms were clean but the pull out bed needs an update. It doesn’t sleep well at all everyone at front desk was very professional and kind especially Tobias, Victoria and Judy they went above and beyond to help me.. excellent customer service. These young ladies deserve some recognitions.Crystal is one of the best housekeeper I’ve ever met. She is a keeper. I’m giving this hotel 5 stars, because I was here on a medical trip and the Customer service I received was very pleasant. Overall, my experience was great in spite of the pullout bed mattress. I will indeed recommend this hotel to family members or friends?

Literally the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my life! When I walked in the room was filthy! Thank God I came with my own cleaning supplies because everything was visibly dirty. The microwave had old food and someone’s hair on it. The refrigerator had something dripping from the racks. The couch was so nasty I had to request sheets to cover it after disinfecting it. Someone’s hair came out of the drain as soon as I turned on the shower. They have this antique card system so if your phone comes remotely close to a debit card or cell phone it’s deactivated, which sucks when it happens over night because you’re stuck outside. I got locked out at 3am and the overnight person doesn’t answer the phone and they don’t open the office on time. If you have it then stay somewhere else. There’s so many hotel close by it’s literally not worth.

Judy is PERFECT! I needed assistance in finding a place of stay and Judy made me feel right at home. Soon as she greeted me it was as if I have known her for ages. She calmed and alleviated ALL of my fears and concerns. She is truly the Best of the BEST! She is beyond amazing. Thank you for having her on your team! Judy is the best to work with,very nice and understanding. She have great customer service and she makes you feel comfortable and at home. This location is convenient close by freeway also shopping centers and plenty of restaurants. Also there's a Walmart and Sam's club across the street.
