If you want to beg the staff to come daily to do a room service, If you want to ask them for essentials such as shampoo(which is extra), than this is your place to stay. I stayed here many times, but they still did not change their way of doing business. For nearly a week over $600, there is no room service/ housekeeping even once that is bad. I will try to stay elsewhere where the rooms have housekeeping/room service available.

Positive: The kitchen inside the room with a full size refrigerator was ideal. That was beyond my expectation. Also, the sink and vanity area being behind a closed door was great, too. It was nice to not have a separated sink and vanity from the toilet and shower Negative: The smell was unpleasant; old and musty. It just didn't smell fresh. Also, the chairs at the table weren't very clean

I specifically chose this location because there was a large sign on the front of the property that said it was monitored actively by security. The property was also fully fenced. Due to this, I thought my vehicle would be in a safe location. I was the victim of a smash and grab, and had my two suitcases stolen with many valuables inside and sentimental items from my grandpas recent death. I now will never leave anything in my vehicle in California ever again. When I filed a police report and went to the front desk, I found out there are NO CAMERAS ON THE PROPERTY. Are you kidding me?!? Lifelong trauma.

Also, No cold water in the room for drinking, only hot water.

This place, while a nice, clean quiet hotel us a total rip off if you have pets!

Paying $50 a day for "cleaning" for 2 pets that are barely in the room is bad enough, but I was told they won't even clean the room until after I leave! Staying for 4 nights is an additional $200 and they don't clean? This is fraud! No service provided for the mandatory fee. So wrong! Won't stay here again.

If you like to feel and hear the coils of your mattress this is the hotel for you! Bed was rock hard. In the morning I tried to shower but there was no hot or even warm water. I called to the front desk and Sarah at the front desk told me they have been having that issue for a while and they could give me a discount. She put me on hold then came back to the phone and said that she actually wasn’t going to give me a discount because her manager Jessica told her not to and it was out of her hands, that there was nothing they could do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If they knew about the issue why hasn’t it been fixed! Thermostat didn’t work, only room fan that was loud all night. Chairs were dirty along with the door to the bathroom. Also there was dog and cat hair on the table. Then walking to the elevator there’s a used plunger just sitting out there. Very unsanitary and gross! If I could give negative I would give negative feedback!

Check in process was a struggle as I had to get new keys twice before they were coded for both the outside doors and my room door. Elevator was broke and we were assigned a room on the third floor. The room came with ZERO untensils, cups, or anything for the kitchen. Strict no late checkout policy. Overall a bad hotel experience even for a "budget" stay.

Positive: Pretty quiet & safe as you need a keycard to get into the building-so no one can just be roaming the halls or come up to your door. Negative: The elevator has been broken for a month!

Terrible front desk service. My wife lost her ID card during her trip and the front desk employee refused to let us check in without my wife ID card. I found another hotel next to it that let us stay without my wife identification.
