Rooms were extremely dated and the first had bugs and the carpet was filthy, second room the windows would not lock and the screens were damaged and was missing a table and chairs. the third room was better. the handrails and stairwells were dirty and it was extremely noisy due to nearby freeway lines. good example of you get what you pay for. the staff though did go above and beyond to try and make sure we were happy.

The room itself was nice, but I honestly couldn’t sleep at all. The hotel is right next to a train yard, and all night there was nonstop noise — beeping, metal clanking, and cargo being loaded and unloaded. The windows have zero soundproofing, so it felt like the noise was happening inside the room. Really disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they do something about the sound insulation.

Positive: Staff were friendly and effective. Negative: Noise - They have an automated sensor in the carpark that broadcasts extremely loud warnings to trespassers, which went off some 13 times overnight and woke me up, even on the third floor.

Sierra the Manager is the reason we are leaving a 4 star review. She had to battle the remodel they are going thru as well as other factors. we were the first guest to come back after half of the remodeling. So there was a little miscommunication on taking our reservation a month prior to when we are going to check in. But Sierra listen to us. She followed through on what she was going to do for us and we appreciate that after the remodel maybe there will be better but right now it’s tough because water was shut off sometimes but we were notified in advance. My first came in the room wasn’t as clean as we expected it to be, but everything was taken care of. The last time we stayed here it was awesome, but obviously they weren’t going through remodeling and it’s funny because that’s the reason why you had to stay here for almost a month because our home was getting remodeled, but staff is very friendly except for the night security guard I had issues with him, not paying attention to his job and trying to come inside of our room but now those duties have been taken away from him, which I’m glad because I had to get angry and yell at him for him finally realize that you shouldn’t try to come in someone’s room in the middle of the night, but like I said, those responsibilities have been taken away from him and Sierra and the night manager don’t remember his name, but they did a great job and I would recommend someone looking for a place that he has a kitchen that you need to stay there and extended time especially with food being very expensive eating out.

I stayed here with my 2 daughters and was a little unsure of the location but the staff and security made us feel safe just don't go into the bad side of town for sure

I did have to check out a night earlier and they resolved any issues I had with that immediately I was impressed with the proffesional staff and compassion they had.

My stay was good they had great customer service. The only thing was that my TV did not work. Other then that no issues.
