This was a last-minute booking—I needed a room for 3 days, and with 404 Day and several events happening in Atlanta, nearly everything was sold out. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing.

There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the lobby upon arrival, and no staff present at the front desk—or even a way to contact someone. The photos attached are from the first room I was given. The entire property is in need of serious upgrades, and it's clear they need more staff on hand.

The tub in my room was dirty and clogged, and the fridge wasn’t cooling properly, even after adjusting the settings. As a result, it ruined the food I brought with me.

This location needs much more attention and improvement to meet even basic guest expectations.

We have received such awesome customer customer service from Johnathan and Keith, the manager. They made us feel like home and took such great care of us. Anything we ever needed, they both went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you for making our stay so much better. And the location of this hotel is super convenient to the stadium, mall, as well as other stores such as Costco.

Good Prices, rooms are nothing fancy but they do the job just find. I've been having a pretty good stay hear for the past 2 months. Good friendly staff that help this be a home for the people in-between homes. Jonathan at the front desk has always been helpful and a true friend to talk to everyday.

My stay was going great until someone tried to come into my room unannounced at 9am the morning of checkout. They scared the crap out of me! Thankfully I had the latch on and they weren't able to get in.

I yelled, "Someone is in here" and thought they would go away. A minute later, they are knocking and trying to talk to me. I was exhausted because I had been at an event the night before. I was already packed and planned to wake up right before checkout at 11am.

I stumbled to the door and tried to talk to them through the door. Whoever it was, housekeeping presumably, wanted to know when I was checking out. I said that check out was at 11 and I was going to check out then.

I was so startled from the intrusion and angry about the interaction that I wasn't able to go back to sleep.

I told the person at the front desk, Jonathan, what happened as I was checking out. He gave me a card and told me to call back and ask to speak to the manager on Monday.

I called Monday, and he said the manager must be off because he hadn't come in yet. He told me to call back the next day.

I called back again the next day and was told the same thing. I was told that the manager would call me back.

It's Friday, and no one called. It is clear that he was giving me the runaround and actually didn't care that I had a bad experience. This establishment clearly does not care about resolving this conflict.

I want to warn everyone that if you choose to stay here, someone could try to barge into your room unannounced. Keep your latch on and be prepared to lose sleep!
