DO NOT STAY HERE!! it's a motel 6 for one not an extended stay... the rooms were absolutely nasty! Our bed sheets had animal hair in them still including our pillows cases. We also saw we didn't have blankets on our beds so we asked the night lady and she just told us there is nothing she can do because she isn't the night maid, so instead she just gives us extra sheets that still had animal fur in them. We slept the first night in filth and and blanket freezing our butt's off. We had checked our recent to also make sure we received our discounts for the triple A we had and my husband's military ID for the military discount and we didn't receive neither. We had asked Bobby at the front desk and she was polite and said she would speak with her manager to see what she can do for us. We proceed to come back later that night for an update and the night lady told us we were liers basically that we didn't show either and that she won't do anything for us. COMPLETELY RUDE! All together this place was a horrible experience but Bobby is the best worker there. 👌🏼

When I got to my room it was already opened. The pillows had no pillow cases on them, and asked the front desk 3 times (once in person) to get pillow cases. I waited two hours, so drove to my storage unit and grabbed two of my own. The bed is all sunken in in the middle, and sheets has stains. The toilet broke, the heater barely worked. And the shower wasn’t very hot and no option to take a bath.
This was on top of moving and everything going wrong that day, then I also woke up at midnight with a severe stomach flu. I paid for 3 nights here (even though it’s actually a motel six), only staying one night. This has been an ABSOLUTE nightmare.

This is no longer an extended stay. It's a motel. 6. I've been trying to change it but it hasn't changed yet and they approved it but they haven't changed it. They might have taken one place off but it had two or three different hotels on here and it's just a motel. 6. Nothing else

The location is irrelevant but everything is negative. I'm not even trolling. Broken everything. No maintenence was sent until after the first freezing night. 4 channels to watch. We had to threaten to cancel payment to get anything served. The beds where concrete slabs. No cofee refill

The room requires serious maintenance and we cannot believe that the toilet bowl toggles each time we have to use it. We feel it may even crack or break when we have to use it. To balance the toilet bowl the hotel has to wedge pieces of wood at the base. The grout lining at the bath tub require serious stripping and replace with new one and continual maintenance to keep it from molding. This hotel do not supply box tissues and coffee making machine facilities and the bathroom amenities is very basic. I was shocked when I asked for a box of facial tissue at the desk thinking the maid had forgotten to place one in our room. The staff handed me a roll of toilet paper and said she did not know if there was any after checking with a senior staff. We find the staff to be crude in their language and loud when communicating with customers!

1st impression, the room was so dark, lit by 1 lamp, we literally had to ask for another lamp which was taken from another room. Maybe they didn't want us to see all the German roaches the place is clearly infested with.. One entire side of the hotel has no hot water. We spoke to an old woman who has been living there for an entire yr with no hot water! Is that even legal? Finally got moved to a room on the side with hot water and every little thing was broken from the towel rack to the desk chair missing a wheel that would no longer roll...

The place was horrible was staying there till I got a place since I just moved to mesa for my job. 1st room had bed bugs. I had to be to work early morning so I told them about it once I got off work. They didn’t wanna give me my money back. Instead gave me 1 free night. Kicked me out before I could get my free night for smoking in the room. When nothing but smokers stay in there and it was super hot outside. Never seen anyone smoking outside. The night they kicked me out I was with family so I returned to my room and my stuff was in the office. They stole my shoes and some clothes and other little things from my room. If I had the means I’d sue their raggedy a$$es

I just booked a room on booking dot com here got a great deal online and then came To the front desk lobby to check in at 3 PM and met with the front desk. Receptionist named Kr I STI. She was so helpful. I had a hard time with booking a room for the first time. She downloaded the app for me and helped me with the entire process. To get me a great deal online, she is. Amazing and knows her stuff. This hotel was very nice and felt comfortable here...
