If I could give negative stars I would. This place is disgusting. I checked in, went to the room, checked it out and seen how disgusting it was. I went back to the desk and asked for a refund where the guy refused. I told him the issues in the room and there was no solution. There was drug addicts all outside, the room was filthy. No bed protector. Stains, cigarette burns. The room stunk of smoke even though it's supposed to be non smoking. The floor had a mysterious sticky spill where my shoe even stuck to the floor. Absolutely horrible.

The staff goes in your room when you leave for the day and takes your belongings and when you say something to the front desk they threaten to kick you out and call the police. Don't travel with too much because they kick you out for that too. Oh and you can have your tools in your room the staff takes them. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemies or my ex mother in law.

I gave them 4 stars but its with this caveat, you have to remember where you are. Out of necessity I have stayed at most or a of the cheap hotels in Dayton, and by that measurement Express is isn't a bad choice. The Patel's are fair, and do a good job. The rooms are relatively clean. There is no ice machine so room for improvement there. My first or second choice.

The worst motel in the u.s. all the guests are in a drug program. The people who run the front desk charged me an additional 50 dollars incase I smoked in the room. No refrigerator, no microwave. They went into my room while I was at work and took my air fryer even though I wasn't using it. Blood stains on the couch and burns everywhere. Do NOT stay here. You will need a tetanus shot if you do!!!!!

No towels. Called front desk, got towels. No TV either, called front desk - told them the rooms are worth watching. After this inn was remodeled the rooms are SUPERB!

Bringing popcorn next visit! Although there wasn't a microwave this visit, maybe calling ahead to reserve one, until they regroup.

Price=unbeatable this weekend,
Service=for what, sleep and binge watch free mobile TV
Comfort=I'd sleep in this bath!

Worst atmosphere.
Horrible room amenities..as in none, not even a phone nor a dresser. Microwave that you share with everyone renting a room, that's outside! That's the craziest thing I've ever seen in my life.

It's interesting. Entertaining if you like watching addicts fight and nod out. 😒

Police seem to be here on a regular... Room was clean with the expection of the old tub that was stained and dirty yet with a brand new surround. We got 1 towel, no soaps at all, no microwave, no fridge. The rooms a decent size but has a small 18" tv which is impossible to see from the bed. Our door has to be slammed in order to turn the lock. Front desk associates were polite with the exception of charging $47 to everyone in line in front of me and then telling me it was their last room so I had to pay $90. There was A dryer in the office so late night had asked if I could dry a shirt I hand washed. Older gentleman said not for public use but would allow this one time.. appreciative because I didn't want stain to set in and needed it o dry before morning. Go back to get it and someone had shut the dryer off. I kindly was telling an older lady now behind the front desk I needed to restart only for 10 minutes in which she rudely responded that I had to remove it immediately it wasn't to be used by guests. I explained that gw other man said I could and why and that I just needed maybe 5 minutes.vshe refused rudely telling me to take my stuff out of their dryer. (This same lady a week ago took my money for a room $58 and told me I had to pay a $20 deposit cash only when I was explaining to her I didn't have cash only cars she refused to rent the room to me and refused to refund my $58 ultimately leaving me to short to get another room elsewhere and having to sleep in my vehicle for that night) so if I could strictly rate that lady she is in the negative but the room and everyone else overall, rating would be a 2/3.
