If i can give a star below one I would. The owner is a fake, she tells you all the wonderful things that she will do for your special day. Then once you make the contract everything goes down hill, my sister had her wedding 12/13/14, and my mother provided more than what Rosie (the owner) said she would provide for my sister's wedding. My mom purchased the centerpiece, provided the food, drinks and even the utensils knowing Rosie would not provide them the day of the wedding. We did not receive our waiter so my mother and some of the guest helped with the serving and the cleaning! Friday we went to set up and make sure everything was organized. It smelled so bad inside, the floors were sticky, the kitchen had old water from washing dishes. My own family had to sweep and mop the whole hall! And of course she did not provide the colors she said she had for the wedding. My sister's wedding was royal blue and she provided this lilac color for the tables. And the table clothes were not ironed and some had red stains from wine I'm guessing. The chairs did not have the sashes on them so my mother purchased 200 sashes for the chair. On top of that Rosie had the nerves to ask my mother for $500 more! If anything she owed more than $4,000 to mother for making her buy all the items that Rosie should of provided for the hall. And don't be fooled by the pictures she has on her page acting like she owns any of those colors for her hall. Half of the pictures aren't even her hall but stolen from the internet. Never do business with this woman she is scandalous and she threaten to cancel my sister's wedding if my sister did not stop bothering her with questions and what she is providing the day of the wedding.

Rosie Galope is a HORRIBLE business woman...kept nearly $1000 on services that we paid up front for and she never delivered her promises or her end of the bargain...Ruined my niece's 1st huge birthday bash & now hurting my sister financially cause she's refusing to pay back for money that isn't hers...sadly she calls herself a godly woman and has church services at her hall but the saddest part is she has no shame...i should've listened to people, news and BBB. Hard lesson learned for giving her the benefit of the doubt. Stay clear away from her building Exclusive Reception Hall because she will fraud you as well even though she puts on a sincere caring act . She doesn't deserve to be in business or nevertheless to have your business ...Hopefully the Attorney General gets her so she won't do this to anyone anymore!!!
