I could not recommend Events by Rincon more!! 10/10 in all aspects - venue, coordination, food! Not having to worry about all the little things (all the little logistics and things like tables, cutlery, speakers etc) as a bride was one of the most helpful things to keep my stress level incredibly low throughout the entire process, and that in itself was worth every penny. My wedding couldn't have been more perfect, and all our guests are still raving about how wonderful it was many months later. The food was PHENOMENAL! As foodies, my husband and I could not have been more impressed by the food as were all our guests! We had a beach wedding and it was perfect. Rincon Events handles everything with such care and professionalism and ensure the smoothest wedding planning and execution possible. Rincon Events is a MUST!

The event crew decided it would be a good idea to set up their equipment less than 10 feet away from my family and between another party on a nearly empty beach. When asked why the 50 feet of space to our immediate left was not acceptable, the crew responded with "this is how we normally do it" and "it's a public beach."

Very concerning as a local and frequent beach-goer that this is their attitude to the public.

When we look back at memories of our July wedding, we'll remember the immaculate professionalism, care, and attention to detail on behalf of the entire Rincon team. We didn't need much convincing to book the Zoo with them after touring the Beach Club and Zoo facilities, and from start to finish the process was made so painless. We truly can't thank Kinsey enough for her positive attitude and constant reassurance; she really made the experience of wedding planning so streamlined, checking in with us at every step and making sure any little thing was exactly how we wanted. We had a multi-cultural and very involved ceremony and Kinsey left no stone unturned for our rehearsal - not a single hitch. All that to say our wedding was magnificent; we are still hearing rave reviews from our guests saying how beautiful the venue turned out. Dinner exceeds any wedding food you've ever had by a marathon, and working with vendors that have also worked with the Rincon team extensively is priceless - everybody knows the drill and will vouch for their expertise. All in all I can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else, and working with Kinsey was a dream. We'd do it all over again with them if we could!

If you are looking for the BEST wedding venue and catering team combo, look no further! My new wife has been in the wedding business in Santa Barbara for decades and when we decided to get married, she knew that we would fall in love with Events by Rincon for our wedding. And she was right!
Carol and her team went above and beyond all expectations. From decor to the menu, to all the planning before the wedding, Carol was on point.
On our wedding day, Carol was everywhere she was needed, as if by magic. No detail was overlooked. Her calm and reassuring presence made our wedding a beautiful and perfect day. Our guests are still talking about the delicious food and how beautiful the venue was. We can’t thank Events by Rincon enough for the BEST WEDDING DAY EVER!

My husband and I got married at the Rincon Beach Club on September 29, 2018. We had the beach ceremony and the reception at the club. It was the most incredible, perfect experience, and we are already wishing we could relive it again!

The event space is gorgeous --it was able to easily fit our guest list of 200 people. The cocktail hour space, dinner space, and dancing all flowed together extremely well. It gives off such a wonderfully intimate and romantic feel.

The reason we loved the beach club so much was not only because of the beautiful event space, but because of Carol, the owner of the club. From the first time we met her, we knew that she made the place special. She is so incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were at home, giving us some freshly baked goods that their catering company had just made. She has a ton of experience with hosting weddings, and we have been SO impressed by her breadth of knowledge and how she was so on top of every little wedding detail throughout our wedding planning process. We didn't need a wedding planner because Carol was our wedding coordinator. I felt like a lot of the typical wedding stress was alleviated because we had Carol guiding us though the process.

Carol was incredibly responsive to every email I sent and always had a thoughtful answer to my many silly questions. We worked with Carol for about 14 months leading up to the wedding, and there was never one time that we were frustrated or felt like we were in the dark. Guests after the wedding told me that Carol came up to each table during the dinner to make sure everyone was doing well and that they thought it was such a wonderful touch. That represents how much Carol cares about making the experience a perfect one.

The food at the beach club was immaculate. Multiple guests have commented to us on how it was the best wedding food that they have ever had!! We had the tri-tip, the salmon, the ravioli, salad, and the potatoes, and I'm still dreaming of how good the food was. There was enough food available so that our guests weren't hungry after, which is also a common problem we've encountered at weddings. Carol even had it planned so we were able to eat our cocktail hour food AND our dinner, which is pretty rare for most brides and grooms at their own wedding!

Between the event space, the food, and Carol, this was the most perfect wedding venue. We are so grateful to Carol for making our special day so stress-free, perfect, and fun for us and all of our guests. We would highly recommend the Rincon Beach Club to anyone!!!!!

We searched the Santa Barbara area for a good venue and had a hard time finding anything - and then we came across Rincon Beach Club and Catering. They are decently priced, but the best part is that the garden and venue are absolutely beautiful and the people that work there are easy to work with and they know weddings. Everything went flawlessly. Our wedding coordinator was everything we could have hoped for in a coordinator and I was labeled "the most laid back bride" because everything was completed before the wedding day and Mel left me nothing to worry about.
They cater their own food and it is really good - lots of choices and all top notch.
I highly recommend looking into Rincon for your wedding!

I had my wedding reception at Rincon Beach Club in July 2011. The venue is ideal. It's right near the beach, has an elegant room inside if the weather outside is prohibitive AND has a beautiful patio. Melissa and Jamie were extremely helpful to me. Melissa, in particular, has years of experience with Rincon and helping brides and grooms make decisions about what will make their wedding just how they want it to be. She also had great suggestions for other vendors.
My reception was everything I wanted it to be. All of my centerpieces, place cards, and favors were laid out on the tables as I had requested. My cake was displayed on the wooden patio. Guests raved about the food and the service.
There are many beautiful spots to take photos and plenty of room for guests to enjoy food and dance indoors or outside. I highly recommend the Rincon!
