I stayed at Encore Casita Verde for a couple of weeks. The sites looked a little tight to back in to but I had no issues. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The park is beautifully maintained. There is a lot to explore in the area and there are plenty of restaurants and stores to choose from. Around an hour away from the Apache Junction, Scottsdale, Mesa area. Close enough to visit without the bustle of being in the larger area.

Nice place. Well maintained. Friendly staff….very helpful. Would recommend to others. The park was centrally located to restaurants and other amenities. RV site was level and clean. Quiet park with pool and Spa.

Came to location to get rv upgrade during winter. Kept rv winterized thinking I could use restrooms but was told they close from 9pm to 6am. Men’s shower was broken for extended amount of time so it was closed all 3 days I was there. Had to take shower in woman’s bath as someone watched door.||Security gate at front of park was not working and I site next to mine had a water leak at faucet which was running back into sewage hook up. ||Park only recycles cardboard which know one was using even though container was right next dumpster. ||People in the park were vary nice! ||Overall, I just got the feeling that corporate is not allowing site management to repair issues on a timely manner. ||

Love this place!! The staff are all super nice & very understanding, & so helpful!! It's such a quiet place & I almost never see anyone outside. Plus, there's never anyone in the laundry, but it's a super nice laundry room. Also, they are almost done redoing the pool...I guess they turned the pool & hot tub into pebbletech, which is awesome, & it's seems like it's almost done, which took them no time at all!! Overall, this is one of my favorite RV parks in Casa Grande by FAR. Would DEFINITELY stay again!!!

Travel with my partner.||Hot tub REALLY small but nice, as was the pool. Our site was hard to get in and out of and very tight. Neighbors with a very loud car and Harleys, leaving at 4 am for work was a wake up almost nightly.

We were put in a small site in rear of park, that barely fit our rig! No room to sit outside! Larger sites available up front but wouldn’t assign us one. First TT park that we’ve been assigned a site! Site was dirty and the pomegranate tree was over grown with fruit all over the ground bringing ants. Office help was clueless when I called to get information. No cable and OTA was impossible because of microwave tower right in back of park. Will not stay again nor recommend!

We stopped a few days after visiting the Grand Canyon. This is a retirement community, with a few overnight Rv spots thrown in. Small spaces and amenities. Our water leaked at the connection, a little. Probably would stay again, it was gated, although the gate was never closed. Dog walk area was an alley, not very safe at night.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay in this campground. I wish I could give a million stars! Everyone is so kind! From the neighbors to the main office staff to maintenance staff. The park itself is perfectly located—close to grocery stores and shopping! But also has a lovely walking path that’ll make you feel closer to nature— perfect for cool evenings! The pool was always super clean and bathrooms were spotless! (Shower pressure was great too!) All around the perfect park for a short OR long term stay. We just left a week ago and already miss it like crazy!
