The Enchantment was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! From the smooth check-in process to the exceptional hospitality, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The cleanliness of the room, the breathtaking views, the spa, and the overall ambiance made this stay absolutely unforgettable—I never wanted to leave!

The gym was my fav!!! Definitely take advantage of the free gym classes they offer.

The only two minor things I’d mention are that the food is a bit overpriced for what you get (my husband and I preferred eating off-site), and the walls are a little thin. But beyond that, everything was perfect. I truly left a part of my heart here and can’t wait to return!

Everything about this hotel and spa was great! The rooms are very accommodating, the service 5 star. From the garden at the gate to the bell man greeting us with warm cider (January visit) to the front desk everyone was welcoming and sincerely happy to be there. But the space massage was to die for!! And the location? Breath taking. Book it now!! You will not regret it.

Enchantment Resort is service and beauty personified. Every staff member makes sure you are taken care of in the best possible way. The spa is second to none. The views are indescribably beautiful. Whether you are in need of a conference resort or Anniversary getaway (like us), it is fantastic.

We went for a girls lunch!
The location and views are breathtaking!
We had lunch on the patio overlooking the amazing pool and landscape!
The colors of the rocks with the foliage on the bottom and blue sky was stunning!
What an incredible place with an awesome gift shop.
The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! Will definitely be visiting again!

Best vacation with gorgeous views, great food, and lots of activities outdoors. Been here to this resort twice and it couldn’t have been a better experience. It’s just an amazing place to stay and be a part of. The canyon area alone and close access to so many cool trails, makes this resort an all out must for outdoor enthusiasts.

One way I measure a vacation is if I want to go back. The answer is no in the case of Sedona and the Enchantment Resort. This was our first trip to Sedona, and from what we heard, we had high expectations. The area is beautiful, with just some stunning scenery. Sedona is perfect if you are really into hiking, mountain biking, or off-roading; outside of that, a day or overnight trip should do it. Over the holidays, Sedona, the town was way too busy and touristy and had little charm.||Overall, the Enchantment Resort does a very good job. However, the resort was at capacity, and its resources were stretched a little thin. The most disappointing part for us was the location of our Casita. Our balcony overlooked the maintenance area, and a fuel truck idling fifty feet from our room woke us up the first morning. So, please inquire about your specific location when booking.||The food at all the restaurants was very good, but there were limited choices for dinner. We also had issues with housekeeping when several services were missed entirely. ||Our verdict was that it was very good but not great. I'm glad we went, but we won't be back.

The enchantment resort was perfect! Everybody was so nice and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and so clean and the views all the way around were breathtaking. I want to thank Shannon for taking care of our reservations and making everything perfect for us! I definitely want to come back again.

When we arrived, the valet didn’t take our bags. When our room was ready no one offered to go to my car and bring them to our room. As I was walking up the parking lot with my bags the valet finally came over and took them off my hands. The person who checked us in didn’t explain the property or amenities it offered. The valet did come over and asked if we wanted the lay of the property which we immediately said yes too. Overall the property is amazing and views are worth every penny. Possibly additional training for the check in staff would help elevate the overall experience.
