This time, I stayed at Embassy Suits by Hilton for 2 nights and 3 days after a long time. At the hotel website, they said that parking was free but charged. For some reason, the receptionist in the lobby didn't have a very pleasant attitude. But the other staff in the hotel were friendly and good service. For breakfast, I ate my favorite omelet at the omelet station, and I felt happy in the morning. It was delicious. And there is an Evening reception at 5:30-7:00pm, and there is complementary wine and beer as well as some appetizer. Please don't forget to tip them. They were nice servers. Restaurant & Bar in the hotel is open daily from 5pm to 10pm. Pool and Jacuzzi is open 9 am-9 pm. But families were occupying it. Fitness center 24/7.
There is Washington Square Mall near the hotel, so you can walk there, and it takes 4 minutes by car. There are many restaurants and bars around the hotel, making it a very convenient place.

I read things missing from hotels so I try to be aware while in any hotel. That said, I did had a positive stay. ||The room was clean and bed comfortable. Regarding breakfast, as always, it does not disappoint. Of course the omelettes are the highlight. ||Last but not least the hotel staff during breakfast. They were very helpful and attentive. A lady name “Petrina”( I think ) was really helpful and kind. ||Overall, my stay was positive, relaxed and clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Several dining options close by. Rooms were spacious. Conference areas were great, even had coffee, tea, and Cocoa handy for all. Just a truly enjoyable stay.

Just got back from an amazing hotel stay! 🏨 The location was perfect, right by the mall. Breakfast was so yummy, and the restaurant had delicious food too. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I'm already planning my next trip back! 🤩 #travel #hotel #vacation

Looks sketchy outside, beautiful inside. Until you realize that out of all the floors and rooms, there is only one laundry area with only 2 washers and dryers and 1 washer and dryer are broken, meaning you and about 1000 others are fighting for 1 washer and dryer. Now dinner staff depends on who is working are either really awesome and cool or not. I ordered food twice for my husband and I for pick up and twice. I got there, and the tall white male and the oriental gentlemen did not help they stood there and told me to wait even though I am looking at my order behind them, and they weren't doing anything made me wait 10 minutes for food behind them just for a different server who was busy to stop what he/she was doing to ultimately hand me my food that's behind the two standing still.
Now I'm not too sure about the others floors, but floor 3, towards the opposite side of the elevators, the floor is uneven and soft like you might fall through. I overheard maintenance talk saying there's a leak somewhere. Lastly, rooms are not bad, but the shower head in the bathroom is not lined properly, so when you turn it on, water immediately hits the floor water everywhere. Some furniture is outdated with torn fabric on the chairs by the table. And you can tell they had a paint job. The gray wall behind the bed matches perfectly with the gray paint and the sheets

Room in poor condition. Door handle to bedroom was loose and coming apart. Couch had some blood splatter. Under bathroom sink was absolutely horrendous. I don’t even know what was going on under there. Shower handle was also loose and coming off like bedroom door. Could be better with their maintenance and cleaning.

What a terrible time we had. Ants everywhere even on the 7th floor. Called the lobby we changed rooms..2 doors down and still had ants!!! My husband couldn't live with this!! Super uncomfortable!! Disgusting! Then I go down to get breakfast..get into the elevator with 10 other people..the elevator says we are experiencing technical difficulties...says to push the alarm. Im by myself stuck in here with families. Children are crying, freaking out..call the front desk no one is answering!! Finally the man prys the door open to let us out!! I complained..they gave me 20k points...smh..I should have got one of my nights refunded..i bet if the ceo of hilton had my experience they would think otherwise!! We paid good money for the upgraded suit!! DISGRACEFUL!! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! I mean who wants to sleep with ants crawling around your head and faulty elevators!! If I could upload videos....

Imagine our dismay when we arrived, weary and ready to unwind, only to be greeted by what appeared to be a crime scene on the headboard.||||We weren’t sure if the mystery splatter was toothpaste, paint, or something best left uninvestigated—either way, it wasn’t the kind of “art” we hoped to sleep beneath. Paired with suspicious smudges and an overall vibe of “we gave up mid-cleaning,” the room was less “suite” and more “sweet escape.”||||We were in and out in under ten minutes—a new personal best for fleeing a hotel room. Embassy Suites, thank you for the adrenaline rush, but next time we’ll opt for accommodations that don’t double as a biological hazard.||||Zero stars for hygiene, one star for the valuable life lesson: always check the headboard before putting your luggage down.
