Friendly staff and bartenders, beautiful views from the 10th & 11th floors, nice indoor pool and outdoor seating area, as well as several tables in the bar/welcome area. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and plenty of pillows. There's a nice breakfast as well.

Beautiful room. The breakfast was amazing! Front desk was very nice helpful until we left. The girl was putting on her makeup as we were leaving in the morning and didn’t even greet us.

I have stayed at this location twice. The staff is amazing. The breakfast (complementary) is great. Hot meal with made to order options. The evening reception is a great time to chat with other guests and enjoy complementary cocktail (restrictions apply). Great place to stay.

We were in town celebrating my husband’s birthday and chose this hotel just outside downtown OKC. It offers free parking, a made-to-order breakfast, and a happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks. The rooms are upscale and spotless. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Our stay at Embassy Suites was exceptional, with stunning views, a clean room, and top-notch amenities; Loved the breakfast buffet the food was delicious. Check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and well-maintained, and we appreciated the small touches like the complimentary water bottles.

This Embassy was not anywhere near as nice as the ones we've stayed at in the past, and neither was our room. I paid $280 for one night for our room, which is a little more than we've paid in the past but the room looked like just your average hotel room...they usually have a much more upscale feel to them. Not this time. The front desk at other locations had a very professional receptionist help us check in etc, the receptionist at this place said all of maybe 5 words to us, handed us the room keys and moved to the next person. It was supposed to be a luxurious date night for my wife, I was not pleased with the hotel or the employees (especially compared to other Embassy Suites we've stayed at)....I won't stay here ever again! I'd rather pay half that price at a different hotel or travel a little more and stay at a different Embassy.

Though I love locally I stayed here for a work retreat. The rooms were lovely and had a surprisingly good view of lake Hefner. Also very convenient location next to a Starbucks, grocery stores, and restaurants.

We recently stayed at the Embassy and it was WONDERFUL! We asked for a room on the 15th floor and wow the view was top notch! The breakfast was so good but it was really the workers that impressed me the most. They were overly kind and friendly. The ladies who worked the waffles and omelets were so nice. The manager in the dinning area was very attentive. I would give this place 10 stars.
