This was a great stay. There was a conference going on downstairs but it was not disrupting regular operations of the hotel. Front desk clerk wasn't overly friendly like most Hilton clerks, but she wasn't mean either. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't what I normally expect from an Embassy, but it was still good, just limited items. Overall would stay here again. Had what I thought was an issue and manager reached out personally and quickly to fix. Ended up not being an issue.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel and I should say that the first three were great which is why I booked this most recent stay for a relaxing weekend. However, it’s been almost 2 years since my last stay and this time was very different.the room was not very clean, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and we had a bright light from the roof shining directly into the bedroom. Even with the curtains drawn the light still shine through. We asked to switch rooms but were told (not nicely) that the hotel was sold out. I believe this to be true if the large amount of children in the lobby were any indication. There were children running everywhere with no apparent supervision. Running through the lobby, riding the elevators, running up and down the hallways, it was a madhouse. If you’re a sports team, then this is the place for you. But for us, we checked out a day early and went back home. Won’t be staying here again.

Nice hotel with nice amenities. They have free cocktails from 5:30-7 pm. They only thing that I felt like was lacking, had to be the service provided by the front desk. Checked in on sunday. They didn't provide any water which are included with Hilton Honors, nor did they give me my drink voucher. There was no description of the layout of the hotel. Overall, a boost in hospitality would be great for this place.

There is nothing I can say bad about this hotel. It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!! The rooms are so nice and clean. The beds are super comfy. Tons of channels to chose from on cable. The delicious breakfast is like being on a cruise ship and the happy hour with free drinks and snacks was an added bonus!! It was a restful weekend for me to reenergize. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The staff made our trip very enjoyable and they were a delight. Ray the manager over the complimentary breakfast did an excellent job, Greg cooked the best omelet I have eaten and was so efficient, Crystal kept everything moving. |Kat, Stacie, and Cal were working hard cleaning up after so many people and yet were friendly and fun. |Everyone should experience a stay here.

Went for a couples getaway. The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice. We stayed in one of the premium rooms. The made-to-order breakfast and evening reception make it worth it! Great view on the east side (Devon Tower and downtown view).

I stayed at this location for no other reason than I wanted to be close to family for a funeral. After traveling from overseas and returning home, I discovered that I had been charged an additional $20 per night for parking, despite being a loyalty program member and a paying guest. At no time was I notified that I was going to be charged for parking. It is not on the page of the booking site or any other provided documentation. In fact, I was handed a placard for my car to make sure that I my car was no towed. This would have been the perfect time to tell me about the fee for parking. When I called to enquire about this hidden and unexpected fee, I was informed that it was the booking site's fault and that I should have booked directly from the hotel. I am deeply disappointed and will think twice before booking with a Hilton brand again. It looks like I missed the implementation of the new Federal Trade Commission's rule banning hidden fees and deceptive pricing by just a few weeks. Shame on you.

Family trip to OKC for the weekend. Hotel was modern, clean, and everyone was very kind. No issues whatsoever. Great location only a short drive from downtown and Bricktown. Would recommend!
