Stayed at this Embassy Suites for a conference. Check in was fast and efficient. My room was clean (although the window to the outside was dirty, but would require outdoor window washers to remedy). Check out was done through the Hilton app and was hassle-free.

The hotel provided our group lunches during the conference, and the food was actually really good for being catered. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Bartenders at the nightly reception were great and made tasty drinks.

Plenty of parking was available. If there were any inconveniences, it would be that one of the three elevators was out of service, so sometimes there was a bit of a wait. Not the end of the world, but would’ve been nice to have that third elevator during busier times (there was another conference also going on at the same time).

Overall a great stay, no problems encountered. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Loved, loved, loved this Embassy. I stayed here in April 2019 and didn't remember until I pulled up to it. It was completely remodeled. The rooms are awesome. I mean awesome. I was on a business trip but I am considering coming back for a getaway. Bailey at the front desk was very helpful when I needed info. Everyone was extremely helpful and the facilities and restrooms in the convention area were clean and comfortable as well.

I am staying in this hotel currently as I write. I'll be here for a couple of days more. The experience has been great. The employees are really kind and warm and sound very happy to be employed there. Ms. Annette, a lady who assisted me during breakfast was particularly outstanding. Her customer service is top notch. I wasn't happy about being charged to park my car. But I will give this hotel 5 stars all the same. I am sure I'll be back.

I stayed here for 3 days and a breakfast and my experience with the hotel facilities, services, and staff were all top notch. The staff that handled breakfast were even more exceptional. Lewis was extremely attentive and really took care of people dining and the gentleman (I was unable to get his name) running the omelette bar was fast, friendly, and made an exceptional omelette! The rooms were clean, smelled nice, and QUIET, which was much appreciated. My only criticism was that I drove there in an EV and there was no place on property to charge. All in all, I’d definitely stay there again… just with my old truck.

Traveling with 8, in two suites, gigantic SUV and trailer fit nicely in the parking deck for easy loading and unloading, while the front desk staff reassured me there were cameras and security.

The room had an issue with a fitted sheet not staying on the mattress (too small) and the front desk quickly had housekeeping up to fix the problem, the housekeeper was warm and fast!

Have to say the hotel pool was a HUGE hit with my crew and the stand out employee was Mr Stanley at the omelet station for breakfast!! He’s an absolute gem and his friendly demeanor and welcoming vibes made the stay for us!

Generally, the hotel was nice and most services were quite good.

Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were obviously very cheap, and the support frames were lacking and the mattress almost sank through the frame to the floor. My wife and I slept extremely poorly on what we would both consider the worst beds we have ever slept on in a Hilton hotel. We would not stay in this hotel again based on the unfortunate bed situation. For a hotel to offer such a poor bed arrangement for an otherwise nice place was very surprising. We were texted during our stay by the Embassy suites staff to ask how things were going. I responded and let the staff know of the unfortunate bed situation. I received no response.

On the positive side, the other areas of the hotel were nice and the staff were great. We always enjoy the breakfast and the variety of foods available. The pool was nice with a reasonably warm temperature.

This was my first visit to Huntsville and it was a great small city. My family really enjoyed the downtown area and hopefully we visit this area again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay and one thing stood out.. Mrs.Annette.. we came down for breakfast. She came to us with a big smile asking if she could help us with anything and that is truly rarity.
A lot of folks in service these days are just not as special as she. She wanted to help all to have a wonderful experience as we ate breakfast!!!

We just stayed at this marvelous hotel for an event. The rooms are wonderful—very spacious and really comfortable.
Breakfast each day was included and it was excellent. Stanley, the chef at the omelette station makes a mean omelette. I looked forward to it every morning. And, not only did it taste good but he is a wonderful bright being.
Mrs. Annette, who seemed to oversee many of the operations around the hotel was marvelous. Incredibly thoughtful and helpful.
I have to say that everyone who works at the Embassy suites Huntsville is very friendly.
The only thing I found frustrating was that it didn’t seem like the hotel had enough staff to clean the rooms or to staff the restaurant. Service was helpful and friendly, but incredibly slow because the people had too much to cover. Our event had been booked months in advance, I am certain the hotel management could’ve known they would need extra staff.
But, despite this small frustration, this was an excellent stay. Our event was terrific thanks to the wonderful people at the Hilton Embassy suites.
