Let me start by saying that the staff here were absolutely excellent. Willie in the bar was very kind and friendly, and the young gal (Amy?) who checked us in was extremely helpful and hospitable.
When I booked the room, I had booked a Double Queen Premium Suite because my husband is 6’7” and they didn’t have any kings available. Upon arrival, I was informed that the beds are actually Fulls not Queens. (Why they were called Queen beds on the website is unbeknownst to me.) The young gal at the desk said they had one King accessible room available ,and since we were lied to about the size of the beds on the Hilton website, we graciously took the King room instead.
Unfortunately, the room was atrocious. My husband had stayed at Embassy Suites in Flagstaff 10 years ago and raved to me how great it was. What a let down to find an unclean, run down room with tears in the carpet, cracks in the walls, crap all over the walls and doors, stains all over the furniture and floor. I didn’t want my toddler touching anything because of how gross our room was. It was disgustingly unfamiliar to what my husband had experienced previously. What a shame to see a once great hotel not meet the Hilton standards on quality.
I do want to reiterate how wonderful the staff that helped us were, Willie and Amy, thank you for giving us such great experiences! Also, the managers reception was a nice little treat and the coffee and complimentary breakfast were very enjoyable. I will end this by saying that this was a quick overnight stay for us so we didn’t get to enjoy all the beauty that Flagstaff and the surrounding areas had to offer but had we been able to explore the area more, the location of this hotel would’ve been top-notch.
How disappointing to find such a valuable location and wonderful staff poisoned by the terrible quality of the hotel itself.

Booked this as a last-minute trip up to see the snow. Overall, I think we got a good value on the room, but it would say that these Ravens are a little more dated and not sure that all of the rooms have been equally updated as far as their wear and tear. Our room specifically also had a tub that was leaking pretty fast. Yes we did let the front desk know but no I did not want to switch rooms as we had arrived late in the evening and just wanted to get our four kids to bed. We just shut the door so we didn't have to listen to the water running all night. I'd probably book here again, but if I ended up in a room in the same condition, I'd probably ask to switch. Everything looked pretty clean, although one of my kids did find a couple of wrappers underneath the bed when they were looking for some of their shoes and things as we were leaving.

Travelers beware! This Embassy is not up to the Hilton standards! We have traveled and stayed in over 200 Hilton’s and this is the worst! If I could give it no stars I would. Aside from the fact that the entire building is falling down around you with sprinklers coming out of the ceiling, door handles falling off, fire detectors hanging by wires, etc., the service is terrible. We arrived at 9 o’clock at night only to be told that our room was not ready. Additionally, they had no idea when it was going to be ready. We ended up waiting a little while and getting into a double bed, even though we booked a king size. Every trash can in the hotel was overflowing with trash, bathrooms were disgusting with no supplies, carpets were filthy and hadn’t been vacuumed in days. The breakfast is not up to Embassy standards either. The omelettes were about the only good thing. Everything else was cold, if they even had it. Every other Hilton hotels Flagstaff is rated higher than this embassy. You shouldn’t have to look at reviews before going to an Embassy suites. It should be an automatic guarantee that it’s going to be quality and service. Not good Hilton.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites in Flagstaff Arizona. Parking was easily accessible and check-in was a breeze. Our beds were clean and bathroom was clean as well, the carpets and some of the seating areas need serious attention, aside from that this was a great stop on a multi-leg journey. Matt the receptionist was really kind and courteous and thank you again for your hospitality.

My review focuses primarily on the condition and quality of the building and rooms. To start, the staff here is absolutely first-class. Willy at the bar and Drew, the manager, were both incredibly kind and helpful. However, the rooms themselves are in poor condition and desperately need updating. One of our two TVs didn’t work, and the couch cushions had noticeable holes. This hotel falls short of the standards you’d typically expect from an Embassy Suites.
It would also be nice to have the option to purchase beverages from the bar after the manager’s reception ends.
On a positive note, the location is excellent, especially if you’re visiting the Grand Canyon. There are also plenty of great restaurants in the area. While the staff truly excels in hospitality, the facility itself needs significant investment. Ownership needs to step up and prioritize major renovations to bring the rooms and overall experience up to par.

This hotel was alright. I mean the rooms were great and all but the only problem was the breakfast. There were two rooms: the bedroom area and the living area. I slept in the living area with my own separate tv, while my family slept The bed was comfy. It even had a small chair and table! I woke up in the morning at around 8:30 and left at about 9:00. Breakfast ended at 9:30 and I rushed over there after just realizing. Big hotel. Small breakfast area. I grabbed some sides and I stood in a long line for waffles. By the time I got in front of a line of about 6-10 people, the waffle machine was so slow. My brother was next and no batter came out. Very disappointed. Even after the janitor said it was full too.

The hotel boasts a convenient location and, unlike many establishments in Flagstaff, does not experience disturbances from passing trains. However, there is a daily parking fee of $10 plus tax, which does not seem to be accompanied by any additional security measures, makes it more like an arbitrary charge.
We stayed in a suite with double beds, which provided ample space. However, the furnishings displayed signs of heavy wear and staining. Both the shower and toilet areas were quite compact. Additionally, our room felt dimly lit, contributing to an overall lack of comfort.
The carpets in the room were in poor condition, leaving our shoes, socks, and feet noticeably dirty, necessitating that we wore shoes throughout our stay.
While the hotel offers a heated pool and hot tub outside, we did not take advantage of those amenities.
On a positive note, the made-to-order breakfast was a highlight, complemented by standard continental options. Unfortunately, due to the conditions of the room, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The room is disgusting. The furniture is stained and worn. The carpet throughout the hotel is stained. Stepping into the bathroom the tile was broken. Way Way Way below a Hilton standard. When I pulled into parking lot, I remembered I stayed here 2 years ago and how awful the room was. Live and learn. There were no bugs, bathtub is clean and shower curtain was spotless. Pretty low standard. Could have saved my points and stayed at a low budget motel with the same standard.
