This hotel is clean, quiet, & has a nice cocktail hour + hot breakfast with made-to-order omelettes. All of the service workers have always been great at the bar or in the dining area. The rooms are large, cozy, & clean. Their pool is 3-4 feet deep and wasn’t exactly hot, but it was warm enough to enjoy a swim. There isn’t a hot tub, but that wasn’t important to us. In the past, we’ve only had one complaint — the vibe of the front desk. But this time, there was a new front desk worker Tommy (you know we were happy if we remember his name) and he was perfect! So glad to have a great experience as we love this hotel. Thanks!

Hotel is very nice, restaurant amazing and front desk staff very nice. Our room was beautiful, the only thing is that the vents need cleaning badly. We were in room 517, bathroom vent very dirty and room venting needs attention. Other than that the room was awesome. We ate in restaurant and service, meal was delicious. Looking forward to returning next trip.

I had an incident that was entirely my fault - I booked a stay incorrectly for a very important out of town guest.

Convenient location off the highway and near to the Canton/Akron Airport. Bar staff is fun and hospitable. Keith was great and mixed some great drinks. Food is good. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again for work if in the area.

Have stayed at many Hiltons of ranging prices and this is one of the best run I've stayed at. Friendly staff, spotless rooms and quiet on non freeway side. Not a luxurious location and a bit remote but worth every $$ and more. Fantastic hotel.

Very nice place. Breakfast was amazing. Traditional Hilton buffett items with fresh fruit but also with a chef making made to order items too. First place I've been to where there is more then just juice but also sodas. Each night u can get two drinks and snacks. Only issue was the door not unlocking for card or digital checkin. The door on the opposite side of entrance

Rooms and amenities were great. Staff weren't trained well in pricing extra nights on rooms, and got hit with an extra $90 charge which is my only reason for dropping stars. Had there been transparency and accountability i wouldnt have, but overall all it was a decent stay!
