It’s been a year since I’ve had there coffee, it’s definitely good but nothing like it use to be, I’d always order the cookies and cream freeze coffee and it had chunks of cookies in it but not

Every time I come to this location, I’m forced to wait in line for more than 30 minutes, and today, I waited 45 minutes without receiving the correct order. I was aware I paid for a large but received a small, yet at that point, I wasn’t willing to wait another ten minutes for the issue to be fixed. I tasted the drink and I gave no idea what it is, but it’s certainly not a Carmella. It honestly just tastes like burnt roast with a solace of some syrup. The price is way too high for the quality and service. I threw the drink in the dumpster o when I got to work. What an absolute waste.

One other point of contention is you have someone out taking orders in one line and the other sits, waits, and watches as the order taker line flies through. While I sat in line for 45 minutes behind 3 cars, the other line went through over ten. How absurd.

Probably the best service you get anywhere, the workers always have a great attitude and are very nice. I don't know who the girl with curly brown hair was, but when I ordered a drink that wasn't on the menu 😭 she said "Actually, I can make anything." And listed what she would put in it. My girlfriend loved it and said it had the prettiest color.

Some of the best coffee I've had. Although the wait times are a bit high because of it's popularity, it's not that expensive for what you get. I'm a bit cheap but I splurge here every so often.

This coffee was better than Starbucks got the caramel freeze, and my daughter got an Oreo freeze.. incredible. And the staff was very sweet.

If I could give this location 10 stars I would. Their baristas and cashiers are always so professional and courteous. I decided to leave a review though after last night, I went to get my usual, a regular green smoothie peach base and the young man at the window on this Friday night, he had short blonde hair but I just love him. He's always so sweet and attentive when taking orders, even putting my smoothie in a larger cup because he blended too much. It's the little things for me honestly. I frequent this place weekly, so being a valued customer, means a lot. On top of the great customer service you receive. Definitely highly recommended.
