Visiting FL and stopped here on our roadtrip. Wow! The chai is incredible, my husbands americano was top notch and I’m really picky about coffee because I used to be a barista, so this review was a must because I never feel this satisfied. Alejandro took care of us and his kind and helpful energy was above and beyond. It’s not everyday that you connect and feel care from the service industry and this man was in alignment with his work and his heart 110% - if the owner is reading this, I hope you know how lucky you are to have an employee like this, truly a diamond in the rough. Give that man a raise!

So obviously, skip by Starbucks off this exit on your search for coffee. You will thank me later 😉

Great people who work there. Never gone there and been told their mocha machine is broke, like McDonald's all the time. It's the best around.

I always get my coffee here but couple days ago the coffee didn’t taste the same as a regular I just get home for use more sugar bc I ask for a white mocha and doesn’t have any flavor and i find this omgggg from where this grease come it was disgusting

I guess they have some new people there the service was rude she closed the window in my face in the middle of me giving her my order and then she came back being sarcastic saying oh I just thought you needed a little bit more time to make up your mind why would I need more time to make up my mind if I'm sitting there telling you what it is that I want at that time so I won't be going back I'll go to the other one because I like the food and normally the people are pleasant I usually give good tips first service considering that I am in service work myself I deal with the public and normally the rule of thumb is leave your problems at home put your best effort forward at work you're being paid for a service and no customers are not always right but they are some good people did I appreciate good service especially when you're dealing with people's food....!

I live close so I visit this Ellianos somewhat frequently. It's pretty hit or miss depending on who is working at the time. Sometimes my drink is nothing like it's supposed to be or has things left off or out of it if there's newer employees. Today, I tried the Snickerdoodle Breve for the first time, I got it iced, it is really 😊😊! It has a great balance of sweet and coffee flavor which is how I like my drinks. I recommend trying I!

Man the service was so unpleasant. It’s like they didn’t even want to be there. My pumpkin mocha taste nothing like pumpkin or mocha even if I asked for half pumps of both. I had to go back and exchange it for a chai latte bc I know I like it and they were still unpleasant about it. Idk what happened to this place but I won’t be back. Red owl it is only.

Did not actually visit to purchase anything. My car broke down on the side of the road and the sweetest employee we’ve ever met brought us out water after seeing us broke down… We didn’t catch her name but we want her to know we were extremely appreciative of her thoughtfulness and just because of their loving atmosphere we will definitely be back to make a purchase next time !
