It was my first time ordering. I has wished I looked at the menu ahead of time because the service was lightning fast! The customer service rep at the drive through was very patient and kind. She gave me time to order and delivered my items to me without even a whisper of a problem. I will definitely come again with my order ready! The iced latte was cold and strong. The egg and sausage croissant was hot. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I have gone to this location a few times. He typically only gets coffee and an occasional breakfast sandwich. Today we order a few sandwiches to take to family. When we received the order everything looked correct. He went to bite into his bagel as we're driving off and the meat and egg were ice cold. We checked the others, and it was the same for all of them. The coffee was outstanding as always. I didn't want to give a one or two star, because we never have problems. I'm only putting this out there for customers to make sure their food is an appropriate temperature before leaving. Other than that our experience and the service was excellent.

Tried this establishment out and I am glad I did. Had it delivered via DoorDash, but the White Mocha Freezer is so good! The sausage bacon egg and grit breakfast bowl was good as well. One thing I will point out, not a huge deal, but the cheese in my bowl was not melted at all, it was just placed on the sides.

ZERO was not on the Scale to rate this Ellianos But 1 is not even suitable for this place. My husband and I Love Ellianos coffe and have visited multiple locations all over Alabama. Tonight we pull up and order two coffees . I asked the Barista what was the difference of what was in a Carmel iced coffee and the Caramel freezer , she patiently explained and I ordered a freeze . After getting our order I was given the wrong coffee. We pulled back around to another window to explain the order we were given was incorrect . The two employees working talked back and forth and basically said that’s what I ordered ( and I know I did not) and that I could not get my order corrected. We finally left . I called the store to speak with management and was transferred back and forth between the same two girls with NO resolution . During the phone call the employees kept saying we so sorry . No we not so sorry because IF they were they would have just fixed MY order in the first place. After this we went right down the road to the Ellianos on Pike Road and had Excellent Service !!!

I stop every morning, they are always so nice. I normal get a coffee cooler and when they see my pull to the window they automatically tell me what coffee cool they have to make experience a little fast!

Came here yesterday morning, received a half container of grits (before, I have gotten full containers), with eggs almost seemingly glued too the bottom of the container. They did not put any eggs on top and, it was very little bacon for the bacon breakfast bowl. Was extremely disappointed as I visit the location often, this was the first time this has happened me, in the past I have had pleasant experiences with the workers and they have also made my drink and food items correctly.
