Nice, large sites with picnic tables, full hookups, and grass. You can bass fish in the ponds.
Very fair price for daily rate. Easy check-in in the log cabin house to the left and back when you pull into the resort.
The laundry was really nice, $1.50 each for wash/dry.

Perfect location for Umpqua waterfalls. The Umpqua river has fishing, swimming, tubing.. I loved it.
Local bar with super good food that serves the menu until about 10pm just 1/2 mile away.

The resort has its beauty for sure and great potential to be much better. There are ponds, a beautiful looking lodge, lovely trees and green grass, with plenty of space between the RV’s so a person wouldn’t feel packed in like sardines. HOWEVER, when we drove through recently, we noticed a manufactured home inside the resort that doesn’t look very well maintained. It looked run down and had a lot of stuff piled around it, as well as several junky cars parked next to it under a tree that appear to not have been moved/driven in some time. We also noticed that there were a number of older run down looking RV’s, and that many of the tenants were allowed to pile stuff under and around their RV, which made the overall appearance of the resort look a bit undesirable. The ponds, though wonderful to have there, can not be seen very well as they are mostly hidden behind thick shrubbery and brush. The ponds themselves are also coated with thick green algae, which could be removed with chemicals or even naturally with fish that eat algae and plants that help prevent algae from being able to grow.
I also spoke with the lady who was filling in for the managers who are currently away, and she was unprofessional and rude. So for that I give it one star. But, I feel with a bit of clean up on many levels it could be a great place.

Large grassy area, owners very friendly and accommodating. Very quiet spot. Elk Have central to waterfalls, great hikes, Umpqua River. Clean, well maintained, large sites - we’ll be back!

Nice RV park. Close enough to town but feels like you're a long way out. Tons of wildlife to watch. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The showers, restroom and laundry were nice and clean. Even though you're right off a busy highway the park is very quiet. We will definitely return.

Friend of mine staying here we're looking to come stay for a bit. Everything looks well-kept I don't like the fact there's no concrete pads or fresh gravel Park your home on. Bathrooms were really clean and so was the laundry room. Showers look great they are $0.25 per shower though. There is a pond or to on-site lots of ducks. Close location to the north Umpqua great fly fishing.

Nice clean laundry and shower facility, small quaint RV park, looks like they are maybe expanding? Its clean & the scenery is gorgeous!! I don't know of any rooms available, i just met a few of the long term residents, everyone was friendly.

Super quiet and friendly. A great place to stay overnight, or for longer camping trips. Laundry and showers with hot water and good water pressure! Oh, and the ponds have loads small mouth bass waiting to be reeled in. Catch and release, wouldn't recommend eating the bass though for a couple bucks each fish you can keep them.

I currently live here and I love it! We used to live at Eagle Valley in Yoncalla. This place is so much better! The owners are the greatest people. Their whole family helps out with the park and they are all so nice and wonderful! They have bunnies ( I have been there a month and have not seen anyone harm a bunny) running around and the owners have 3 horses that are the sweetest. The whole park all the way around is just relaxing and a carefree sort of vibe.
