We had a graduation lunch for 160 people and were extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience with Elephants! We worked with Jenette, who helped with ensure our menu choices met the needs of our guests. We ordered both snacks and lunch to be delivered to a site we were renting, and they did a completely wonderful job from set-up to clean-up. The food was amazing and they boxed up our leftovers for us to deliver to a local ministry.

Communicative events planner, wide range of food options for variety of diets and price ranges, food was so excellent, pricing fair, and service fantastic (setup/breakdown for us - offered a variety of options there as well based on COVID-19). Went above and beyond too: they took over coordinating rentals for the whole event (based on our preferences/needs) and assisted in fixing a charge error with rental company post-wedding. My husband and I are so happy we chose Elephants to cater our wedding reception! Everything was perfect. The food was fantastic. We had three different appetizers that the staff served to our guests during cocktail hour, as well as salad, two different entrees and two sides for the main course. Everything was fresh and delicious, and served at the perfect temperature. So many of our guests commented on how great the food was!
The service staff was exceptional, so friendly and professional. We owe a big thank you to Sarah Woelfle, our event coordinator at Elephants. Sarah was so helpful, professional, friendly and always quick to respond to any of our questions. Elephants made our wedding celebration worry-free. We are so happy we chose Elephants to cater our special event!

This team was super responsive and proactive with getting our event catering ready. Plus, the food was amazing. We had some left overs and with most of our team flying out didn't make since for us to take any together. Elephants Catering offered to donate all the food to a local organization, how amazing!

I wanted to express my appreciation to Elephant’s Deli catering for such a fantastic experience at our Safety Day celebration yesterday! The food itself was absolutely top notch, top shelf, etc.! Jonas (sp.?) did a fantastic job of setting up and ensuring that everything was just right. I was really impressed with the informational signage for the food (Vegan, Vegetarian, peanuts, etc. ). WHEN we do this again, I will be setting my sights a little higher for the amount of food, as some of our guys reaaallly piled it on and we had JUST enough. I can hardly blame the big eaters though, as the food and its presentation was very appetizing!

Elephants catered our wedding and we’re so glad we went with them. To be frank, we didn’t nail our budget on catering so it was a difficult part of wedding planning for us! This resulted in
negative interactions with other caterers, but then I got a follow up email from Michelle at Elephants. She had sent us a quote and I expressed that it was outside of our budget, and instead of blowing us off she hopped on a call to get more specifics on what we were looking for so we could get an idea of where we could cut costs. She took that information and came back with something in our budget and we were SO grateful. That flexibility and willingness to work with us made a really big difference and it meant a lot.

The food was also excellent! We didn’t get to eat a ton on the actual day (typical of the couple getting married) but our guests loved it and they said the staff was very sweet. We also had some guests with food allergies and they commented to us that the Elephants staff had clearly marked everything which they really appreciated. All around a great experience, we would highly recommend them to anyone.
