Let’s start with the good. Loved that they had appetizers and complimentary beer and wine in the evenings. They also had a really nice selection of teas available in the evenings at no cost. They have a couple of bikes as well that you can use to get around. The staff was really nice as well. The location is just off 26 and there are some stores and restaurants that would be walkable in the right weather. ||The only issue that I have with this place is the paper thin walls, floors and ceilings. You could hear TV’s, footsteps and people using the bathroom in just about every direction. If you stay here, bring earplugs or ask for a top floor. Otherwise you will be miserable like I currently am. It has been several nights and it has not gotten any better. Not really the fault of the people staying here, just the result of poor sound proofing.

it's night 1 of 3 that I'm here for work. My room is next to a stairwell that HAS to have a generator or something in it because my entire room has been vibrating for 3 hours. I asked to move but I was told no rooms left.

edit: I was able to change rooms my second day. This room is 100x better, completely quiet, and laid out much better. everyone at the front desk is super nice, The gym is amazing, The pool is great, but man room 433 is ..not good.

We checked in on Nov 25th and out on Nov 29th. We arrived early, about noon, and asked if we could check in early. The front desk said the room had been cleaned but needed a quality check before we could check in. We asked how long until it would be ready. They said they didn't know but we could check back later. They didn't offer to call us or send us a text, so we left and ran some errands. No big deal, but it would have been a nice touch of customer service to offer to call us. A quick look over the desk and I could see he was anxious to get back to whatever on-line game he was playing.||Travelers look for hotels to provide two major services: a comfortable place to sleep and a hot shower. At Element, the suites are very nice and the beds are comfortable, I'd say a job well done with that. However, two of our four mornings we had cold showers. Yes, it was probably prime time when everyone else was taking showers and now I know to shower earlier before all the hot water is used up. A cold shower is not a nice way to start the day. Element, you must do better!

Great hotel. I've only been here during the winter but it meets all the nesting-hygge criteria for me - good large TV with lots of channel variety, fast reliable internet and luxury amenities at a value price point. There are lots of food options nearby but I mostly spend my time in the hotel until it's time to check-out. At some point I'll get out and see what else is around the area and Beaverton, but it probably won't be during my winter stays.

My family and I just stayed there as we had doctors appointments in Portland. We the room was clean and the beds super comfortable. The water pressure was good, and I really liked that it had a full size fridge in the room. Room service was great and changed out the bedding the 2 days we were there. My family and I liked that the pool was heated and clean. I think this has become our new place to stay when we have to go to Portland. The only thing I can say negative is that I found no way to redeem my points to stay here. The staff and service make up for that, they were amazing.

Beautiful location convenient for everything.. Staff could use some training. It helps to make them understand that many guests travel for a living and a few kind words go a long way. All of us humans do share the earth and could be kind to each other. But overall excellent hotel.

Love this hotel. Of what is available I choose this one above all the rest. Titus the bar manager is amazing! He truely gives an amazing experience during your stay. Hotel rooms are very modern and spacious. No negatives from me on this review. The only comment I have is that for a lounge setting they need to dim the lighting. It way too bright to enjoy yourself.

Clean, stylish and great breakfast and amenities. We'd definitely stay here again for our next Portland trip. We were able to charge our EV overnight as well which was very nice. One of their two EV chargers is out of service however, so hopefully they're able to fix it in the near future.
