Great hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone we met that worked there were friendly, polite and helpful. In addition the hotel and rooms were clean, modern and spacious, with great amenities including the pool, hot tub, fire pits, ski maintenance table. The happy hour and evening tea (Mon - Thurs) was a great added surprise!

This hotel is very fresh and modern. There is some construction in the area making it a bit complicated to get to but nothing deal breaking. The breakfast in the morning is perfect and the gym has a lot to offer. Rooms were large, clean and had everything you could need when away from home.

We had a great stay at the Element in Bend! Our room was very spacious, clean, and well-appointed with dishes, a small kitchen, a work area, and large bed. Breakfast each morning was delicious with an individually prepared egg dish, yogurts, cereals, fruit, etc. We definitely enjoyed the daily happy hour with wine, craft beers, and snacks. What a nice way to relax in the evening! Our stay was made even better by Shelley who greeted us when we checked in and took care of us at happy hour. She made us feel very welcome. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, the room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good and my daughters had a good time at the swimming pool.
I did not understand the fees for the overnight parking when the hotel is not really located in a place where parking is really an issue and not even guarded. It looked a bit like hidden fees... I'm glad I only spent 1 night.

My room was standard no complaints.

However, I was told this hotel has a great breakfast.

When I went up to the window for the hot choice , I was offered Biscuits and gravy.

Unfortunately I am lactose intolerant. I asked if the was anything else. The answer was no.

I watched a man later in line served egg bites and sausage. Interesting I thought…,

This is our fourth time staying at this Element in Bend, easily located off the freeway
Upon our late check in 11:30 at night after driving for 6 hours upon check-in and we were greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly face!
Our room was very nicely appointed and extremely clean I was really really impressed being a hotel person for 30 years. The bed was very comfortable and just the right amount of bathroom amenities.

We will always stay at this hotel!! and I highly suggest you do as well!

After the first night, housekeeping didn't show up at all. After the second night, they showed up early and often, OVER AND OVER AGAIN, even after I asked them to stop. I was trying to sleep, was really stressful!

Room was nice enough, though a bit dirty and scuffed up. I paid extra for the fancy-pants one-bedroom. Apparently "city view" means a view of the (noisy) freeway.

Also, more minor, but still annoying: staff made me come downstairs when I asked for a comb. They should offer to bring it up.

Not a 3-star hotel in my book, and I won't return.

Positive: The Hotel has very modern room with modern accessories, a unique look. The rooms are large and will equiped kitchenette. There was a blanket in the room for use in the cool evening and night. Negative: I was very uncomfortable in the room in the evening and night because of the cool room temperature. This was a result of the domed ceiling on the first floor room. Even turning the heat up to 76 and 78 left the room cool. There was one blanket in the room
