Passed by this restaurant many times. I took the family on a Friday night to go out and eat. We were seated in 5 min. Kids loved the rice n beans, us adults loved the taco's. And for me I liked the Tres agave margaritas,3 for me. Oh and the green corn tamale was the Best! I slept like a baby when I got home. Try it some day!

First timers at this location. Was Great Happy Hour. Ended at 5. Made it right at the end for margaritas. Ordered off the main menu. They do have a happy hour menu. Our waitresses mentioned a Sangria margarita. It was Awesome. Better give it a try. Also had Pollo Fundido and Asada Tacos all with rice and beans. Chips and salsa. Strawberry margaritas and regular were also great. Wasn't busy, food was delivered super fast and Extremely Hot. It all was Great.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at El Encanto de la Fuente, and I feel compelled to share it. I'm not sure if there are new owners or management, but the service has drastically declined.

I made a reservation through their website for a large party. With a confirmation in hand, I was told that they could not accommodate us. The staff claimed they didn't have the capacity to honor the reservation, despite having accepted it in the first place. What is the point of making a reservation if it’s not going to be honored?

To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff was incredibly unprofessional. There was no acknowledgment of the situation, no apologies—just a dismissive attitude of "not our problem." It's frustrating enough to deal with a last-minute change for a large group, but to be met with such indifference was truly unacceptable.

I hope they can improve their service, as it currently leaves much to be desired. I certainly won’t be returning.

If there is a zero, that is the score they deserve.

We went there for dinner last night. We have been there many times before. The food and service were excellent. I like the selection of food on the menu. Just the right amount of choices without going overboard. We had the house margarita, which was also excellent. Overall, it was a very good experience, as usual. I am posting today because I think it is an exceptional restaurant. I highly recommend it.
