I've been traveling the country and staying in a different hotel every month for the past 10 years. This is a 5 star review because I don't think it's fair to hold everybody accountable to 1 man being rude. I have been here for a month and this morning was the first time I've ever needed to get a replacement card for my room. Peter was the man working the desk and I've experienced such poor service in my life. When I asked him for a key so I could avoid being late to work, he began screaming at me. Not just yelling. He told me how ignorant I was and demanded I give him 5$ for the replacement key. I couldn't get a word in without yelling over him so I decided it was best to just go outside and wait for him to bring me my key to avoid further escalation. I've never been talked to like that by any man, let alone a person representing a hotel. I had 2 rooms for the duration of my stay and would've gladly been here for another 2 months. Peter has and will continue to cost this hotel a lot of money. Thus is the 2nd poor experience I've had with Peter, but this time it was just blown way over the top.

Room service is some of the best I've had and everybody, aside of Peter, it's incredibly nice and attentive. They folded my laundry, emptied my trash and made my bed beautifully every single day. If I forgot to plug in my laptop, or left something out that i should've put away, they wasted no time in picking up my slack. The house keepers engaged in good conversation and showed genuine interest in what I do for a living. I couldn't say enough about how incredible they are. It's a shame I feel I need to leave such a hospitable location because of 1 man treating me so poorly. I really enjoyed my time here and wish I could've made this my home for the duration of my stay in El Dorado.

BED BUGS!!!!!!! Woke up at 2 in the morning with my arm and FACE ate up by bed bugs. My husband took a video. HUGE bed bugs. Not to mention we had a 1 year old baby with us. Went to the front desk and the owner shrugged his shoulders and said it was not his problem and there was nothing he could do about it. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!! ou will definitely regret it.

A lot of changes are much cleaner and the staff is awesome. Worth it to stay right on the same road as Walmart and all the restaurants.

Came to this location because of working in the area for a short period of time. I called on the way into town and was given a weekly rate of 275.00 however once i got there it was a completely different story. Paid for 2 nights to make sure the location was what I wanted. Walked in room and it was ok. Bathroom needs a lot of attention...paint peeling off wall and vent is hanging down from ceiling. After first night decided to go ahead and pay the weekly rent. Went to the office and it states clearly on a sign weekly rent is 275. Told the lady i would like to pay weekly. All of the sudden there is no weekly rent and she wanted 60 a night which adds up to 420 a week. I dont think so. The lady working called her and the owner stated there is no weekly rate right now because workers in the area working and she needs the money. I hope every construction worker stays away. You can get weekly rent at econo lodge much cheaper with a lot more amenities and rooms a lot bigger. We travel doing shut downs/turn arounds and new construction. As you know its a family and I will steer everyone i know coming to this area away from these people.

Our very large room was recently decorated with comfy king bed, new carpet and paint. There was a seating area with couch and arm chair. Wi-fi connection was good. We also enjoyed the in room coffee maker, mini frig and microwave.

Wish the water stayed warm when I shower here, the WiFi is terrible and I get sketchy people outside my door trying to get Inside, however it is the cheapest and the rates are good. It is a bed to sleep in and a roof over my head, so it feels unreasonable to complain.

If the hookers. Don't keep knocking on the door the roaches will. After a few days stay my bag was full of roaches ALL IN MY CLOTHES. ...Not a big fan of this place
