WOW!!! Amazing ... Everything was Amazing. From walking into the front door to being seated and being served chips and salsa. We had been studying the online menu all week and had decided on the Cactus Sampler, but to our dismay they had taken it off the menu. Our gentlemen taking care of us went and saw that we were able to receive one. The food was so good, we ordered the sampler, Pollo Cactus, and another dish I can't remember now though. The best part of the visit today was when I was getting up from sitting and looked back into the kitchen and saw everyone dancing to the music. It was so lovely to see when we can enjoy what we do in life. So thank you for a wonderful lunch today !!!

My family and I have enjoyed coming to El Cactus for several years, we truly enjoy the food and drinks, we have our favorite waitress Sara, but everyone provides very good service. This is an excellent restaurant.

me and my wife came to el cactus because we've never been and were just looking for a new restaurant to go to. Sat at our table and waited... and then we waited. finally someone came to get our order and our drinks. It took another millennia for the gentleman to come back with two waters. Somehow someway we finally got our food and did not receive a single refill. I'm sure it was just one of those days but the day I went in I received some pretty bad service. Food was alright, service killed the atmosphere.

I have ate here plenty of times and never had the experience I had tonight! Jesus was our serve. He started of when we had questions about the menu and talked to us like we was stupid. He took our drink order and WE DIDN'T SEE THEM TILL AFTER OUR FOOD CAME! I had to ask the manager for them he never noticed they wasnt present. The food was super disappointing and Jesus maybe came back once or twice good 15 minutes after. We won't be back.

Immediately RUDE, walk in 9pm "WEER CLOSED" . CLEARLY times are posted here. There went your 2nd chance. Both of my experiences I recommend nobody eat at the place, it's sad look forward because stories, more like a fairy tale once upon a time I'm sure it was nice. NEVER AGAIN
