beautiful historic house with welcoming friendly hostess with excellent culinary skills to include both wonderful taste and presentation |within walking distance of downtown Silverton. |Historical connections not only related to building structure but also connections and piano related to musical superstars of the past including Elvis...Ask the owner/hostess about her late husband's musical career.

Lovely home, over grown gardens with tripping hazards. Advertised full breakfast - we had granola, fruit, English muffin cut into fourths. There was port in the evening with nuts - chocolate would have been better. We expected a much better breakfast - especially for the money we spent. I started hearing traffic at 4:00 a.m. A disappointment.

We stayed in the Sarah Jane room upstairs, which has a step-in shower and a "fainting sofa," comfortable for reading. The inn is beautifully decorated throughout, and the bedroom has nice linens, a guest robe, and good bedside lights and tables. The innkeeper provided mixed nuts and port for pre- or after-dinner relaxing in the living room. Breakfasts are a special treat, served at an agreed upon time, with candlelight and classical music. The first morning there was juice and homemade yogurt, granola, and molasses bread. The second morning we were served an extraordinary egg souffle with fruit and herbs from the garden plus a homemade English muffin. The innkeeper is a retired symphony violinist and a charming conversationalist. Highly recommended.

The Edwards Adams House Bed and Breakfast made for a delightful stay recently. Nancy (the owner) couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. We ended up upgrading to an upstairs room with a bathroom in 'the tower'--it had amazing natural light and a jetted tub. Linens and mattress were super comfy and breakfast the next day made us feel pampered and deliciously well-fed. For a quick getaway or long weekend, this is a lovely place to stay. Within easy walking distance of Silverton's charming downtown and park areas.

On my last night of a solo road trip, I was lucky enough to find this gem! It's a gorgeous, well-maintained Victorian mansion which serves as a comfortable B&B. The very gracious host Nancy gave me a tour of the home which is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Beatiful garden, woodwork, antique furniture and mementos. I spent the evening in the library, listening to Bach and perusing the shelves. The bed was antique, but extremely comfortable. A beautiful coffee service was left outside my door in the morning and breakfast in the dining room was homemade and scrumptuous. In short, Nancy made me feel like a princess!

Recently my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Edward Adams House B&B hosted by a very gracious and accommodating owner, Nancy. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, afternoon snack and took in her beautiful gardens surrounding this wonderfully restored home. The close proximity to Silverton downtown and nearby attractions made this one of our top B&B experiences. Thank you Nancy for welcoming us into your home! Kindly, Grover & Cheryl
