My husband and I spent the night here the weekend after our wedding. I must say this is the cutest, coziest, most adorable place I have ever stayed. It’s so homey and welcoming and warm. There aren’t enough adjectives to explain it. The host, April, was wonderfully accommodating, made us a great breakfast Sunday morning and told us a bit of the history about the house. Absolutely wonderful place to stay especially if just passing through the town. Do not hesitate to book.

April is an excellent host! We had a great experience during our long weekend at the Edenfield House. This beautiful old home is furnished and decorated wonderfully and is maintained and cleaned perfectly. Our breakfasts were excellent and we were very pleased to learn that their most recent two health inspections resulted in perfect “100”scores! We already made arrangements for our next stay. Did I mention that April is an excellent host…

My husband and I decided to take a weekend trip to Georgia, away from the interstates and we stayed in Swainsboro simply to stay at Edenfield House. Absolutely wonderful! Constantly surprised at the well thought numerous details, (like home made soap) enjoyed the best hospitality (hot fresh coffee and breakfast) and can't wait to go back.

Great B&B. David, the proprietor, is very friendly and accommodating. Room was large and clean, breakfast was lovely, and it's close to downtown. Definitely will stay there again when back in the area.

I can’t say enough great things about the Inn. David & April are amazing hosts. I felt like I knew them forever. The Inn is absolutely beautiful inside & outside. All the comforts of home. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets and comforter were butter soft I want to buy them for my own bed! We like it cold when we sleep and it was nice to be able to turn the thermostat down to where we like it. Unlike at a hotel where it won’t go below 73. I highly recommend staying at the Edenfield Inn you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at Edenfield House recently for a weekend. The owners, David and April, were friendly and inviting. They made us feel right at home. The house is lovely and our room was accommodating. We brought our Pug for the trip and were able to use the pet-friendly room. Breakfast was fantastic as was time spent sitting on that grand porch! We look forward to our next visit! Chris & Keli

We had a great experience as the Edenfield House Inn. We hope to returned in the future and could not more highly recommend to future guests. The beds/pillows/etc were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were super clean. We had an excellent breakfast and enjoyed our stay. We stopped here on the way to North Carolina from Florida. We had stopped here two years ago and decided to make a return visit. Pleasantly we were greeted by the new owner, David, we were pleasantly surprised that the place was kept much better than before. If you are ever going by this way, be sure to stop in for a night or two. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast.
