Positive: It was cheap and had a microwave and refrigerator. The tv options were great! Negative: Its old and out dated. The beds were hard. It isnt a quiet place.

I gave this hotel high marks, not because it is at all luxery, but is was surprisingly good for a budget hotel. My room appeared recently renovated, clean, and had a comfortable bed, a refrigerator, microwave, good AC, large desk to work at, and an early check-in time. A great Mexican restaurant is a 5 minute walk away.

This is an old motel that has been kept up just enough to stay in business. They offered a good weekly discount making it my cheapest option. I am on business, alone, so I am ok, but I would not stay here with my family unless it was the last resort (or motel).
The discount I discovered is because they do not service anything in your room for the week. The room is just acceptably clean, big enough, and has the essentials. TV, mini fridge, microwave, and AC.

I've stayed here on numerous occasions and I must say the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is always very polite and helpful. Don't mistake the low price to be poor quality. I've stayed in many Hotels/motels And this is by far the best motel at a great price. I highly recommend you stay here if you're visiting Safford.

Pillows were hard, and the bathroom was very clean. Bed were too close to the walls. There is not enough room for two beds

Older, divey place, probably from the 1950s. But owners take obvious pride and put great effort into making the best of it. Room was spotless, orderly, smelled clean. Bathroom had good size towels, all newer and matching, very neatly folded. Old TV, but worked great, lots of channels. ||||Owner was very friendly, polite, gave a great price when I asked for his best deal. Really, if you don’t mind some cosmetic issues, a very nice place at a super rate.
