I highly wouldn’t recommend this location. Should have looked at the reviews before coming here but with someone that just likes to get some rest before a business meeting for work and as a Choice rewards member I expect a decent amount of service. I Checked in went to my room and Of course someone else was in that room go back to the desk to inform them then they put me in a different room with dirty towels and the microwave being dirty. So I told them that I wasn’t going to stay here that should tell you how they can’t keep up with the standards when it comes to cleanliness!!

Absolutely terrible service. The environment is completely unsafe. I saw people with GUNS on their waist walking around and had one of them question me even though I didn’t do anything. When I told one of the HEAD MANAGERS about what happened they told me “ just go to another hotel that’s safer”. I cannot make this up. The WiFi didn’t work either from my room , and the water was cold for the whole night!! I waited until the morning and the water was still cold! I couldn’t even get a basic shower! And not to mention they switch up the price based on how they feel! I only came here before one time and they charged me $70. The next time they charged me $85 for no reason!!! This place is terrible and an absolute scam. There are way better lodges for the price range without having the owners try and SCAM YOU. This will be reported to the cops. I’ve never had staff let alone a hotel, tell me “ go somewhere safer” WHEN I WAS CLEARLY BEING THREATENEED BY PEOPLE WITH GUNS ON THEIR PROPERTY. THIS WAS ALL SAID WITH AN ATTITUDE TOO MIND YOU! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!

Requested nonsmoking, smelled like an ashtray. Room stinks and is dirty. Shower is filthy. Bad plumbing. Cannot hear tv. Plaster needs repair. No hot water. Rude check in person. I will not be coming back, ever.

I wasn't happy at all about this place . It was a very dirty room when I arrived at my room . The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all dirty towels on floor and hanging up on the shower rod. Trash was on th bathroom counter. Oh the trash wasn't taking out either.

The place is within 15 min from the airport.
Rooms are filthy.
Not cleaned, pillows are nasty, (come on! Pillows are 2 dlls at walmart.)
Bed sheets are dirty, hair in them.
Bathroom was ok.
The lady at the front desk is a very nice person.
No bugs.
No bad smell in the room, but you can tell they do not mop or clean them.

I can't rate this hotel any lower or I would. Mold in the rooms, the room definitely hadn't been clean, I asked for clean towels just to have something clean and they couldn't give any to me past 8pm. The room was falling apart and just discusting.

First the room I was giving the door literally wouldn't open. The second room. OMG. Soon as I opened the door and walked inside I was hit in the face with a different kinda heat . Straight up. I cut the air on and the room literally never cooled off not in the least. It just blew hot air the entire time. And the TV didn't work. .. so basically I just paid for a sauna. Smmfh. Horrible experience

Positive: The location was great. Great access to shopping. Alot of stores in the area. Room was super clean and the staff was vety nice and professional people. Good space for parking. EVERYTHING was  GREAT. I'll definitely be back again. Negative: No. Nothing. EVERYTHING was GREAT. Peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing and very clean room. Maid staff always replaced my towels and bed sheets everyday whenever I left the room. When I come back everything is done. Great service. Negative: ""
