Management here is not good. The breakfast is literally frozen egg waffles, frozen cinnamon sticks, Milk in a silver container, cheap coffee cakes and muffins from the store. Bathtub clogs and there is definitely mold behind the walls in the bathrooms. This place is a motel. Not a hotel.

The service here is exceptional! Not only are the rooms accommodating to meet your needs, but the coffee is strong and bold with a hearty breakfast. Smoking rooms are a huge plus in todays world. 5 stars from me 👍

This place was AMAZING! Very accommodating. I didn’t have cash for the vending machine and the manager, Charvi, kindly purchased one for me until morning! The young lady, Rekha, at the front desk was more than kind. She was very attentive and ready to go above and beyond for customers. I will definitely be going back.

This place is located conviently near the heart of the kent brimfield area and provides a restful place to stay. The rooms could be cleaner since I found crumbs and old food under the mattress, but for the price it is hard to beat. They offer breakfast too! Though I wish they had individually packaged waffles because it is kind of gross to open a community package of Eggo waffles.lol Thank you for the restful stay. 🙂 Another great touch is they have a warm pool to swim in during the winter months making for a cozy place to stay.

It was an amazing experience! They are kid-friendly, pet friendly, and it's cheap! It has a pool that is safe for little kiddos and designed to where u can't drown! The rooms are spacious and clean! The service is amazing as well, if u need help the manger just tries his/her best to help! This might just be the best hotel I've been in!

I went there for an emergency stay with my newborn and dog. I go in and the receptionist granted young. But she didn’t give all the information necessary before I had to run my card 3 times. Told 3 different prices. I get to the room and it was nasty. A stain on the bed. I slept on top cause if that on the outside. Can’t imagine the inside of the sheets. We were so tired just tried to get the baby to sleep. Which I laid him on his own blanket. Next more went to take a shower and the shower was filled with hair and grim. Guy down stairs wasn’t very helpful. Wasn’t at desk. Sign says ring bell but no bell… I called the following day to get a refund. Told I could only get $25 dollars back. Then he said $35. Knowing her could do it all. Just didn’t want to. He brought up policy but I wasn’t givin anything about a policy. I took photos of the shower..

It's an Econo Lodge. I expect an Econo Lodge. We came from WI for the eclipse (chose Cleveland area do to points of interest we wanted to check out). This was the only place within an hour of Cleveland that did not jack up their prices, so I booked it.

It's an older place and you can tell by things like worn flooring. Those things are cosmetic and I don't expect much at an economy hotel. But that's really the only fault I could find.

The place is clean. The room has all of the expected amenities. Linens, etc were well stocked. The continental breakfast is simple but well stocked and maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional, cheerful, and seemed to actually want to be there.

I plan to return to the area in the future and will probably book here again.
