I gave them a star because I had too. I wouldn't recommend that place to a homeless dog. The room smelled like old smoke. The bathroom was nasty like someone used the toilet. Too top it off that was poop on da toilet tissue. Bathroom wall had RIP to someone on the wall.The shower curtain was dingy.

It's just after 6:00 a.m. as I'm writing this review because I have not slept tonight at all. This bed is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever had the displeasure of attempting to sleep on. I paid $125 for this room specifically because it had a Jacuzzi tub upon entering the room I like the layout but notice several things were damaged and just a lack of general upkeep. There were two black leather chairs that were super uncomfortable to sit on The AC had trouble keeping the room cool there is a computer desk and computer chair with considerable damage The floor has some damage in various places and there were dead bugs scattered throughout the room and as another reviewer stated the jacuzzi tub would not drain at first. I didn't plan on being a plumber but after some investigation and a little fiddling I managed to pull out several things from the Jacuzzi drain including but not limited to hair toilet paper broken jewelry a rock a bottle cap and numerous other pieces of debris. So I did managed to make it drain at a faster rate but it will still need someone to look at it in the future. I will let the front desk know if my findings upon checkout and leave let it go from there. Overall for $100.00 plus dollars I'm disappointed in what I got for the money.

Dirty rooms, rude staff, came to room an hour before check out telling us to leave unless we payed for another night.

The room was very dirty, and the room smelled like someone was smoking in it recently even though it says non smoking. The towels were dirty and the bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced as it was covered in mold. The cups covering also has holes in it and the bed sheet covers also had holes (burnt type). It also had an unsafe feel to it and couldn’t wait to check out the next morning. It was overpriced for what it is and the whole business needs to be remodeled as the one in Grand Rapids, MI (under the same name) is a lot cleaner and is up to date. Will not be returning.

All I can say is I am calling Gordan Ramsay's show hotel hell. Where to start. The site said that they had breakfast no breakfast, no coffee even in the rooms. The room had a updated floor which will will give you the appearance it's ok but nope. The covers where dirty. Even after they came to change them still nasty. The toilet has sombodys butt marks all on it. So I know they didn't clean the bathroom. I HAD TOO. It's too much to type. Also no Bible in the drawer 🫨. I just hope they get this together and listen to there customers or they will not have customers. Also they're up charging for the king suite when the son said it's completely the same as the regular king suite. Completely no difference. I cannot even write everything that went on here. I just don't think I will ever go back. I appreciate the hot water though for getting me clean so I can travel 18 hours back home.

Disgusting. Cockroaches in the room. The fridge smelled like rotten milk was spilled. Hair, dirt, bugs everywhere. Horrible location. Not worth a penny to stay there

The Management and staff are very professional, high spirited, and very thorough. Nicely located and only a few hundred yards from fresh drinks, food, or gas. And on those stressful Friday's heading into your wild week end stop by just around the corner for Bar-Q and visit the local message parlors. Highly recommend friend's or family to try this one out.

I have stayed here 3 times in the last 2 months. Each time the rooms are in worse condition than the last. Walked from the shower to the bed last night only to find my feet were too dirty to get in bed. Hard floors should always be immaculate. There is no reason not too be. I requested non smoking room but room reeked of cigarettes. Burn holes in sheets. I am going to have to find another place to stay next time.
