Blankets had cigarette burn holes, shower head had mold/mildew all over it, and the smell of it was atrocious. The TV did not work, and they wanted us to wait until 1 am for the maintenance man to repair it. When we declined an extremely late arrival for the TV repair and asked for a different tv, room, or even a refund, they declined and attempted to tell us to leave without our money. I called the sheriff's office, which led to someone promptly showing up and replacing the cable box. We did finish our stay here with no further incident, but the entire ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend it.

Absolutely rude and scammed us out of almost $70. Blamed it on the 3rd partying booking & wanted nothing to do with helping us figure out the situation. There was another gentleman aswell saying he was having the same issue currently. I do NOT recommend this place.

I booked the Econo Lodge through booking.com after a 10 hour drive, we get there and you can't even go in the building (which was not in fair shape by the looks)you have to pick up a phone outside by the door and a guy answers and was very rude, he said he did not get the reservation, I tried to give him the confirmation number and explain we already paid for it and he said it was not his problem it was booking.com, and call them, so I did and called the guy back and he was rude again, well we still need a room for the night but he said without a reservation he can't help us, I called booking.com again, and they said everything should be good so we called the guy again and he got more of an attitude and told us to cancel it, he doesn't have the information and hung up, he would not even let us in the building, I told him we just need a room and I can pay again now and deal with booking .com later but he did not allow us in, so after an hour and a half of dealing with him and booking.com we had to go next door to super 8, which was clean with free breakfast, and pleasant employee.. I will never book a room at Econo Lodge again, his attitude was horrible and uncalled for.. Thank the Lord we got into a clean and peaceful place at super 8, i would give 0 stars for his terrible customer service but i had to at least put one..

Nothing like playing phone tag after spending your hard earned money! They answer when they want to! Inconsiderate people!! Go somewhere else. Go somewhere else. Empty words and broken promises. Ruined our holidays!! And we can't even get our money back. THANKS GUYS!!!

Made a reservation through booking.com and the attendant stated he didn’t have a reservation for us. Instead of trying to help us the man was extremely rude and told us it was our problem and told us to leave. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed for a night and while nothing sticks out, other than no breakfast, I wouldn't say it was a great experience. The room was kinda clean. It's an old hotel and it was a place to sleep. It'll do if you want to save money.

Staff seems to prefer talking by phone than face to face.

Stopped in during a cross country trip tried to say at a different location, but that location was closed. This was the next closest I checked it at midnight I ended up having a late check out which they accommodated only gave me 30 minutes though, despite the fact that there was not a single other person waiting to check in, exactly a location bedroom doors did not have secondary security locks so that was not my favorite but the room was clean smelled fine. There was a mini fridge. Yeah it was fine to sleep.

NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST. JUST ROOM.

Econo Lodge Inn & Suites near ChickamaugaThis property is absolutely disgusting. The fact that Hotels.com find this an acceptable listing has completely evaporated my trust in them. I will never consider another EconoLodge in the future based on my experience at this location.||||I booked a non-smoking room and at first was told there were no non-smoking rooms available when checking in. ||||We checked in to the first room, a smoking room. The bedsheets had cigarette burns in them. I killed a bug within 30 seconds of entering the room. Walls, fixtures and appliances are damaged. Every surface is covered in some version of filth. ||||At this point, I contacted Hotels.com for a refund or other help, but they’re were of no help whatsoever. The property manager told Hotels.com that our pet had torn a mattress and they would be charging me $500. Keep in mind, we had been in the room for about 20 mins and no one else had been in the room besides me and my partner. ||||I contacted the front desk and they claimed the torn mattress report was being confused with another guest. We then switched to a new room, a non-smoking room that was suddenly available. ||||The second room was also filthy. Additional bugs were found in the bathroom and mini-fridge of the second room. Again, all walls, appliances and other surfaces were scuffed and broken.||||This location is nowhere close to a condition that is acceptable to charge people money to stay at. I am beyond disappointed in the EconoLodge and Hotels.com brand name. Battlefield
