I’m happy to spend 4x normal prices to stay at a hotel during an event weekend. I get paying more for that, however, this place is abusing their privilege. I’ve stayed in plenty of cheap and sketchy places but never have I been so disgusted.

Both the sheet and the blanket on each bed were covered in multiple cigarette holes. Front desk staff wrote off our complaint, stating “well, it is a smoking room”.

I had to use a towel to press the hair dryer button because it was coated with a mysterious syrup-like substance.

The exterior of the microwave and mini fridge (and wall trim underneath) looked as if they had been vomited on and merely sprayed down with a hose. We didn’t dare open either of them not only because of fear to touch it but we didn’t want to know what the inside looked like.

The TV didn’t work either to top it off. If you plan to stay here I guess you are expected to bring your own blankets. And hire a cleaning service yourself. Don’t forget your Clorox wipes. These business owners are not in the business of decent service.

They are currently in the process of a renovation. That being said, the bedding was clean, the mattress was very comfortable. The A/C worked well, and overall the room was clean and in good repair. The staff has been amazing throughout our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Been staying here since I moved from Michigan staff is always amazing an helpful super friendly the rooms are always clean whenever we run outta anything the staff is on top of getting it to us asap great breakfast rooms aren't super expensive 10/10 family an i love staying here

Positive: The staff. checking out and in was quick and the lady was super nice. Negative: I got a non smoking room but it reeked of stale cigarettes.

BED BUGS ROACHES !!! THIS LOCATION HAS BED BUGS!!! AND WILL REFUSE A REFUND! I AM CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT MONDAY MORNING AND HOPING THAT I DONT HAVE TO SUE THIS PLACE IF THEY ARE TAKEN INTO MY HOME!!!
*** In response: Please do not insult my intelligence of not being able to decipher a bed bug with a fly. I worked for American Pest and am well educated on pests! The American Cockroaches that were scurrying outside of your establishment and burrowing into the cement of the outside walls of the room I attempted to rent happened! The bug I seen that I thought I stepped on and squashed, didnt die, because it was a BED BUG!!! They are flat bodied!! You say you reviewed your cameras while I was checked in, but you failed to mention the fact that there was a couple who was also on camera in front of my room who checked in and left IMMEDIATELY AFTER VIEWING YOUR ROOM!!!! There was a woman on the same camera who spoke to me and mentioned the bed bug infestation on the second floor- after which I IMMEDIATELY VACATED AND REQUESTED A REFUND- which was denied because the staff at your front desk could not reach you for approval!!! The door was never open for an hour and you are not a respectable person to run an establishment in that manner. If I could have left -1,000,000 stars I WOULD HAVE!!! I hope the college is aware of your scams before football season begins! If not they will be!!!

Omg will never stay here again!! If I could give them a zero I would. No towels but that didn't matter because I always bring my own. No security latch on the door, no do not disturb sign,beds broke down and stained, lamps on the wall looks like they have been brawl with each other, and the last thing is that turned the water on in the sink and some type of chemicals came up out of the sink, the sink was clogged up and you smell the fumes.

Great location with affordable rates. The room was extremely clean and updated. The front desk was professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my room.
