The room was super clean and the front desk lady was very helpful with finding my reservation. I was surprised that they had a working ice machine and 24/hr coffee in the lobby.
The one thing I did not like was them trying to charge my card before I checked in. I specifically requested to pay at the time of check in because that was an option with Booking.com
It should be noted that they have very limited parking with tight quarters.

Positive: I called the hotel when I was around 90 minutes out to see if they could get me in early. I was told they could. When I got there, I was able to get into the room and take a nap, after driving for a few hours. Negative: parking... there was not a lot of parking at the hotel.

The receptionist was extremely helpful. The rooms were recently remodeled and are nice. They have all new furniture and cabinets. It was quiet and comfy.

Very clean, modern rooms. Motel is well maintained and in a good location, close to hospitals and only about a mile from restaurants and entertainment on Broad St.

The staff here is amazing and they help make your stay as comfortable as they can . The rooms are clean and you know it because their disinfectants aren’t watered down so I’m grateful for that . Rick is the best hands down

Room looked like the photos.
Very clean didn't have any weird smells.
Location was perfect.
The staff was pleasant and professional.

Great room but staff is super rude. Only nice staff was the housekeeper who took the time out of her busy schedule to clean my room so myself and my 6 year old autistic son could get in the room early. Then waiting on my brother to get checked out of the hospital I had to wait in the parking lot instead of waiting in the room just for about an hour. If I used the room for an hour past checkout then I was gonna have to pay full price and then not get anything back. They need to consider some issues with certain rules. I know businesses have rules but with certain things you would think they would have a heart.
