We booked at the last minute and Anna and Patty were wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. They also smelled really good! We had the hot breakfast that is available on weekends and it was very good. After staying in other hotels on this trip, this one was our favorite.

My experience was surprisingly good. It was a no-frills, dated decor but tidy room. Getting to it was tricky.

We booked a 5 day stay at this hotel. When we arrived, they were renovating so no breakfast available. Hallways crowded with trash carts and old cabinets. The room was handicapped rated but shower did not meet ADA standards. There was a bench, but no hand held nozzle and nozzle did not angle correctly for bench. The shower curtain was too short so water went out onto floor. The regular nozzle had zero water pressure!! The sink nozzle only allowed a trickle of water to come out. My husband took off aerator and tried to clean it. It made no difference. There were black ants in the room. One morning they had covered a cup I had on side table!! When we complained to front desk, they offered us a new room OR a can of bug spray!?. They did say they would comp us one day on the next visit. I had to ask for a desk chair because there wasnt one in the room. Everyday we had to ask for extra towels. Mostly they only put 2 in the room per day. My husband looked in the open wash room door, he said the washer was way over stuffed. The towels were barely moving. Yuck!!? Lastly I will say AC worked and bed was comfortable.

We stayed here for two days last week. The service was amazing!! The room was so clean. The staff very friendly. The free breakfast they offer was delicious. I give it a 10/10 if I ever need a place to stay again I definitely will go back there.

Everyone is very courteous, professional. The rooms, service, staff & food are great and willings to help if needed

Room was clean, breakfast was great, service was good. Could just hear the people upstairs walking around like they were jumping rope and people in the halls. Nice place though.

Upon our arrival I checked the room and found the comforters and sheets had blood stains and pee stains. The bathroom floor was so sticky and dirty as well as the bottom area of the toilet. I went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies and blankets then took it upon myself to sanitize our room. The manager, Patty was very helpful and compensated us for the night so instead of changing hotels I gave it another chance however the 2nd night I found small bugs crawling on the walls and night stand. The ac unit was not working properly so I checked the filters to find they were clogged with so much dust how could it run. The lamp shade had mold all over the backside. When I went to the front desk the owner was there so I showed him the pictures and he told me immediately that he would not comp my room but I could switch rooms. Why would I want to switch rooms that late at night after my daughter finally fell asleep. He could only tell me that he has the place sprayed for bugs and he would check the toom in the morning. That is unexceptable. He was not helpful, apologetic or concerned so at that point I told him I would be checking out in the morning and never coming back. This was not the way to run a professional business.

Rooms appeared clean and the beds were comfortable, however there was a strange smell in the entire hotel(almost like maple syrup?). Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of items.
