We spent Thanksgiving at Eau Palm Beach with our family, and it was outstanding from start to finish. The service truly stood out — warm greetings from valet, a friendly welcome from Chris at reception, and even a golf-cart escort to dinner by another team member. They made our adult kids feel so special with cookies and champagne upon arrival, which set the tone for a memorable stay.

We booked the lanai rooms, and we loved them — modern, bright, comfortable, and just steps from the pool and beach. Days by the water were fabulous, with attentive staff bringing delicious food and drinks so we could fully relax.

The entire experience was both fun and luxurious — exactly what we hoped for. We’ll definitely return and would book the same rooms again. Eau Palm Beach has earned a new family tradition for us!

From the moment I arrived, every detail felt intentional. I was met with warm greetings, beautifully designed spaces, and a level of service that reminded me of top resorts in Switzerland and Dubai.

My massage therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive, tailoring everything to what my body actually needed.

If you’re visiting Palm Beach County and value true luxury and professionalism, this spa is worth every euro. I left feeling restored, balanced, and genuinely cared for. I will absolutely return.

I recently stayed at Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa near West Palm Beach,Florida. In 2018 I started taking my daughter there for her birthday. This was my fourth and her fifth time going to Eau Palm. I highly recommend this Resort for people of all ages. From the moment you check in and are greeted with a glass of champagne until the moment you leave you will be in awe of the beauty and luxurious atmosphere in this hotel. Everyone is amazing but I would like to personally thank the following: Christine you were so helpful in making my reservation and any special requests that I had. Shay from the Spa gave me a massage that was so good and the Spa alone is an experience and one that I have never seen anywhere that is so relaxing and beautiful. Diego and Colby are the drivers if you need to go anywhere. They saved us from having to take Uber and also gave us some highlights of the town and a scenic tour. Linda at the Concierge you were very kind and gave us some great suggestions for dinner. We had my daughter’s birthday dinner at the Angle and the piano player played as our Server brought her a birthday cake. I wish I knew his name. German Ramirez went out of his way to accommodate us with a selection of wine in the lobby as the hotel was doing some renovations. ||Brianna you were so kind when we checked out and had a little issue and Ilania Pina,the front desk Supervisor you are the reason we will be coming back in February for my 75th birthday ,thank you for what you did. All the staff at the pool and service around the pool made us feel very special.

Eau Palm Beach will forever be my favorite resort in Florida. The service is always 10/10 — every single team member makes you feel like family the moment you arrive. I come often from New York just to recharge here, and the biggest reason I keep coming back (aside from the stunning property and exceptional service) is the food at Breeze Ocean Kitchen.

I am completely obsessed with their smash burger and Caesar salad — like, truly obsessed. I have literally gotten on a plane from NY just for those two things, and I’ve been doing it for years. They’re that good.

That’s why I have to say… my heart broke a little when I noticed the Caesar salad recipe recently changed. It used to be perfect — crisp, flavorful, and iconic — the kind of salad you think about weeks later. Please, please bring it back!

And whatever you do, never change that smash burger. It’s an absolute masterpiece and worth the flight every time.

Thank you to the entire team for continuing to make Eau such a special place — it’s truly my happy place in Florida.

Excellent service in a beautiful location. This is by far the most pet friendly hotel we have ever experienced. They even have a delicious menu for dogs. It is very well priced in contrast to the human food which is excellent but definitely overpriced. The staff, especially April at the Concierge desk, really tries to meet all needs. This hotel sets a new standard.

Stayed with my husband for a mini vacay. We had stayed here years ago under different ownership - back then it was good but not great. Now I would rate it as high as The Four Seasons - excellent service from everyone and a beautiful space. Nobu restaurant was excellent, outdoor bar service, great! The highlight was on Sunday afternoon when we had a yummy lunch at the outdoor bar/restaurant while listening to the beautiful music of Arturo Romay! Having live music like this makes all the difference in the world! He was fabulous!!! We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was treated like a queen by all staff at all times. The vibe was welcoming, peaceful and personalized. My massage therapist, Vladimir, thoroughly prepared for my personal experience. Before the session started he took the time to discuss what my pain points were and he tailored my massage to suit my body's needs. He educated me on how to continue the healing at home and recommended several ways to help my aging athletes body relieve pain, reduce inflammation, increase flexibility and strength. His demeanor was warm and caring and seemed like a genuinely amazing soul. I feel that I was paired with exactly the right person. I left the treatment feeling relaxed, loose and floating on air. Very grateful for his services. I would highly recommend him and the Eau spa to everyone a I know. I also dined at Savor and the Tuna Poke bowl was delicious, well balanced and so fresh. The attention to detail and the consistency of all staff is phenomenal.

Not quite sure how this property is considered/rated “five star” luxury. The service standards are VERY far from five-star. Our horrible experience was shared with the Manager on Duty at check-out, AND via email directly to the Director of Rooms Estrella Schimmel and GM Tim Nard, including photos as proof of the issues we experienced. Zero response. Crickets. According to other reviews I read, managements lack of response is “standard” for EAU Palm Beach. Highly recommend they complete intense cross training with the Four Seasons down the road and learn what true five star service is, where all guests are VIP and if/when a “ball is dropped”, ALL efforts are made for prompt guest resolution, vs the EAU approach which is NO effort.
